Differences between Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Obessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder

I developed OCPD while I was In med school. It was extremely exhausting, felt depressed and anxious all the time, but outside I looked perfect (good grades, always looked impeccable, super organised). I literally felt like a robot, felt empty and miserable, I wasn't happy at all. I always punished myself if I didn't get a perfect score. I only was friends with other OCPD people. I even made my codependent roommate to have OCPD (I think she mirrored me, but definitely her OCPD started after living with me for a year). In med school lots of people look up to OCPDs, so our bad behaviour isnt discouraged. I wish I realised sooner how toxic I was to other people and myself included(4 years I have lived with this and I only realised something was wrong with me after my psychiatry rotation). Ever since then I go to therapy and life is so much better. My only question is if a person has Ocpd can that person be a covert narcissist as well?

My OCPD has turned on me. I made a mistake that caused me to lose $200k in investment. My portfolio is real estate and my equity went from 300k to 100k. I cannot stop hating myself over it. I relive the decision and imagine where i SHOULD BE. It has brought terrible depression and hatred. Help!!!

Do OCPD's lack intuition? I'm wondering if that's the problem..

I dont know if I have ocd or ocpd or both or nothing

I am not concerned with things being symmetrical really.. But I do perform rituals *especially* in the shower. However, when picking out clothing, hair, makeup choices I seem very OCPD as opposed to OCD like I was diagnosed with. I imagine it's possible to have both?
