@@crystaltroll8503 he used to act respectable. Yes sir no sir ect. Had hair, job, house, ride ect, then they had a girl and 2 boys over 11 years after they met in 12th grade. She left a few times but he would call amd ask to talk to the kids and tell them to say they hate her if she dont let them see "daddy" which would break her down and she'd go right back to tryin work things out. We never really thought josh could've done it by himself. AMELIA is what really escalated the whole thing. She busted loose from josh and amelia hit her in the head which made her fall back into josh which then he sits her in the chiar and duck tapes her while Amelia trys to snap her kneck while my sister is thinking about her kids and all her family flaahing before her eyes while she beg to be let go and wouldn't have said a word amd left them alone. A part of me died along with her and It just sucks she was takin from us. I miss her everyday more then words can describe! They both are serving life without parole now for capitol premeditated first degree murder, kidnapping, and fraudulent use of her debit card after she had come up missing.

I agree and Amelia just can't stop spreading her vicious lies. I know that public defenders have a job to do but this lawyer is utterly ridiculous. She has watched the same tapes as us plus a lot more and can say Amelia was railroaded by police? Come on. At no time did either of those detectives force or beat a confession out of her. It's the other way around. Didn't Amelia call them begging for immunity and say she would testify against Josh if the detectives gave it to her?And as soon as the black detective walks in the room she whispers about how she remembers Josh coming over there.Better yet they walked in and told her about the rumor she was looking for someone to kill Heather right away she knew who said that. She is guilty she planned it and Josh the dumbass went along

It WAS Jason who said $500 & $700!! That was Jason saying it in street clothes, then again in stripes! If u look close the names are under the screen. Jamie never said that, but he DID say the shit about the "knife" incident. There's way more to this & I'm not posting it here, Emilia is my friend. What I will say is they fs were "off the record" plentyyy times in an another room. That's why there's footage missing, & subtle references to things that happened in the "other room". What they don't say is the cameras & the tapes were turned off then! And yeah Cops do this stuff all the time. I had a case where 2 Cops who had "past issues" with me, both accuse & charge me with something I didn't do. Then lie in their statements, but weren't smart enough to get stories straight. That didn't stop paper publishing the story after 1st hearing. And it was only for the fact the judge realised the statements both didn't match at all, & the "evidence" was BS. They admit they took take recorder out with Josh, what they don't say is they took Emilia into another room for this as much as ,if not more than is shown. And that was ALL off the record, cos they made sure of it.

I love the whole "lawyer up" mentality. This is REAL life, not Hollywood. Talented criminal defense attorneys are extremely rare, not to mention expensive. To gage a prospective attorney's craft and skill is an ordeal in itself. Even with excellent legal representation, a defendant must face the uncertainty of a jury. The guilty should serve their time with due diligence. I guarantee 90% are guilty of the crime for which they've been charged, or convicted. There are 2 things a person will most definitely find in the prison system, Jesus and innocence. Watch any prison documentary or program. Honesty is honestly rare.

Tbh ur better even with a not great lawyer than none. Sure ul end up sitting giving a no comment. But that's wayyy better. U don't spk 2 cops without a lawyer, its a real bad move.

The thing is, you want to believe her, you want to believe that a pregnant woman would not risk her freedom for her children over a man, and then you see this episode and be like "yep, ya did it".

This is so interesting to watch. She basically has 2 personalities in this video. One personality is the role she is playing; how she doesn't know anything and didn't see anything. The second personality is her real self, the one worried about getting caught. She quickly switched to her real self at 10:12 saying "in regards to...?". This is where she is suddenly shocked to hear other people are talking about her. Also realized she said Heather was sitting in a little blue chair in a previous video, yet in this video she points to a black office chair. Not a very good liar.
