It's currently Friday. Since Monday I've bin trying to wrap my head around rate of change. I spent 1 to 1 and a half hours a night on it and didn't get it. I had 2 melt downs . As I was following the videos example I was doing another in my copy. And I got it right. I checked it in the back of my bool

It was helpful. What about this question ,The deflation y at the center of circular plate suspended at the edge and uniformly loaded is given by kwd^4/t^3 where w=total load ,d=diameter of plate ,t=thickness of plate and k =constant Calculate the approximate percentage change in y if w is increased by 3%, d is decreased by 2.5% and t decreased by 4%

With peace comes understanding. That sounds kind of Buddhist or something. But for me, with Maths, it's kind of the other way round; that is, with understanding comes peace, and that moment of happiness that accompanies a sense of peace. Great!
