I have lost 13 Kgs in 29 days. My regular routine was 1) Start my day with 2 glasses of warm water, again after getting fresh I drink 1 glass of water with lemon and honey and do cycling for 2 hours or atleast 30 Km of cycling. 2) Then I eat fruits specially poppeya kiwi oranges,apple ,naashpati. 3) In lunch I eat daal and boiled vegitables ( Brokley,corn, mushroom, babycorn, capsicum, Beans) 4) Green Tea with a bit honey 5) I run atleast 10 Km in the evening and try to burn atleast 1000 calories from running. 6) I eat a bit oatmeal in the dinner. PS: I try to burn atleast 1500 active calories daily. No cheat meal No day off My journey from 83Kgs to 70Kgs in 29 days My height is 170 cm and my target is 65 Kgs.

Thank you so much sir, it's really jadu. I followed for one week and lost 1kg and my sugar controlled a lot. My fasting sugar level was 180, after following jadui diet it becomes 117 and PP sugar level was 260 and after 1 week it becomes 150. Thanks a lot, I have seen the result in one week.
This diet looks interesting but I have a question. After losing weight to ideal weight after 2-3 months, what should we do after it?
