I looked so good when I used his DVD to exercise 10 years ago. I just went back to the dvd last week and immediately felt the difference. Still now, he is by far the BEST!!
Having done Max 30, Insanity 1 &:2, T25 from 2013-2017 I can attest to being insanely fit. Then 2018-now its been 4 surgeries. Here I am 6 months into weight training to recover and this program comes along! Perfect timing! Find your life!!!
T25 was MURDER back in the days. 😂😂 It was harder than P90X for me. I didn't know I had arthritis in my knees back then..but still..I was getting it in. 😂😂
@BruceLeroyUK agreed. Will he admit it I wonder? Because otherwise to me, he's another fitness influencer selling false dreams. Can get fit af, absolutely, doing his programs, but not that built and at that age.
Shaun T is one person I will always have love for. Thanks for insanity and allowing people to love an insane workout while improving themselves. I'm smiling because I love it 😊
I’m gonna start in January. This is my highly anticipated workout program and I’m so happy it’s a Bodybuilding program which is my favorite type of Fitness/workout. I’m ready to Dig Deep even more, Bodybuilding style
I've been doing his T25 workouts for years. Even those, when my diet was on point, I lost 13lbs in one month doing those workouts and got the leanest I've been in years. I do want to build muscle though, I'm glad I looked him and pleased to see he's still in the game!
Shaun T is the truth! I'm so excited about this program. I can't wait. If Shaun says it will work it will. His training methods work because he wouldn't do something that didn't work. I feel like this is the strength training program I've been preparing for my whole life. I'm ready to Dig Deeper!
" I know your tired, I know the ambulance is on the way, I know your on the floor looking into the light and your dead relatives are asking you to join them, BUT, I need you to DIG DEEPER!!!!!" SHAUN T is the man, I still do insanity and ill be damned if he don't motivate the hell out of me!!!! Wish you all the success in the world.
God damn I feel old as hell. I remember doin Insanity Asylum back in 2012 when I was in college and prepping for Marine Corps and I decided to look up Shaun T randomly today and now he has grey hair! You're rockin the silver fox look though and lookin HUGE.
I’m gonna tell you the truth people, you will not get a fitness influencer’s body unless you train hard, have great genetics and most importantly take steroids. Never compare your body to anyone else’s. Just eat healthy (no or very limited processed food), drink plenty of water, get sufficient rest and do exercises you enjoy, stretch and meditate / do breathing exercises. You may not end up looking like your favorite influencer but you’ll feel great and that’s what’s really important.
The steroid part is completely b.s.😂 the trainer in this IS NOT on steroids 😂 I understand that it's easier to cry out steroid use, instead of actually taking the time and commitment to find out what works for your personal body.
@@williambrown6766 If you don't think Shaun's on steroids here, then you're simply out of touch with reality. The human body isn't capable of achieving definition that way without them, particularly when it comes to a guy in his mid 40s. Btw, I'm not saying that Shaun isn't working his ass off and micromanaging everything. That's all required too. However, he simply wouldn't be able to physically workout long, hard, and frequently enough to get that body without some degree of usage. Steroids aren't a shortcut, but they are a ceiling raiser.
@@michaelpryor78 🤣 lmao about the part of the MYTH! That you cannot achieve a great physical physique over a certain age of time. And that sir or whomever is completely bullshit! I should know 54 and still in great shape. It's just society view that it's ok to be big and fat when ya past 19 yrs of age. Remember humans are ment to travel up to 45 miles a day and hunt for their food. Not get in a machine and drive to the local lunchbox with the most processed shit! And if you're intelligent enough, you can find that there's truly a natural way to achieve these results Without steroids
I just print the material and tomorrow I begin with it. I can't train 5 days per week, but 3,...I may try 4, but mehh..I also have other stuff to do. Hope that with 3 days a week would be ok enought. All Body Beast users were waiting for this kind of training , let's see.
Yes, they were. I'm doing those next year after I'm done with insanity in March. If I make it to two months, eight weeks, and sixty days of workout. Need to order a pull-up bar station before I start p90x soon and body beast.
I tried the preview workout and quite enjoyed. Not sure if I'll be able to do this full program as it appears I need a Beach body membership to purchase it. Great job as always Shaun.
Is this gonna be on dvd like Insanity and T25 or is everything a subscription now? Kinda disappointing if that's the case but I'd really like to do this.
