Yeah brother the gold has been decent there. Ran the piece over a streak plate and no black streak. I can barely make out a little bit of a silvery streak with it. It’s a very dense mineral 🤷♂️
I think it still takes time to accurately predict this section of the creek. Take it slow, mate. My lust for gold after finding a nugget over the weekend got me down. Legs, hip joint and spine have reported. I can barely get into a car anymore. It was a lesson to me. Nice gold finds, my friend. ⚒👍🤠
I agree with you, figuring out some of these areas takes time. Sometimes there’s no rhyme or reason to them either in some of the areas that are all glacial till. I’m sorry to hear about your injuries Peter, hope you keep it moving buddy ❤️
do you have a preference as to which "slopes" you go on your expeditions? meaning, east or west side. i go searching on both in franklin county ma, garnets galore, gold not so much. some have a preference, ,, just curious.. another wicked cool video also! keep 'em coming!!
Spent a lot of time out in Franklin county. There is a couple of south facing brooks that I have found gold in out there. Had to just look at the map to find the direction they were facing. Those brooks are in the Mohawk trail area. Also Cold River and Deerfield River as I’m sure you already know.
No classifying needed. I classified one time only and that was when I got into some very dense packed red and black dirt on another brook. Basically though just shovel and send it!
@@northeastexpanse if you could locate the source or a pocket they fetch a pretty penny there's a few hematite sources around but I've never seen any with trigon structure very cool 😎
