Also, if you tend to hold on to apps in fear that you might need them someday….you can always delete them and download them again if you end up needing it. Or put all apps that you are not sure you need in a separate folder and if you don’t use them in a specific amount of time then delete them. Just some thoughts I wanted to add for what to do in that situation. Thanks for watching guys and for your support :)
I did this about two months ago and it has been the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done! Seriously, no regrets! The effects have been incredible, even more sleep and my house is cleaner! No distractions to keep you from doing your chores. I absolutely LOVE IT!
I think this is a really important step in minimalism that is often neglected. I have been doing this for the past few years and it's so nice to know that someone else finds value in it as well! Love, love, love the videos!
I think it is The Minimalists who talk about a phone being like a pacifier. Subscribed yesterday and am really enjoying your content, thank you for making these videos.x
Great advice! Thanks for this awesome video! Love your videos and your heart!! Something else I did was make my smart phone less interesting by changing it to black and white mode. If you go to Settings, then Accessibility, then Display and Text Size, then Color Filters, you can turn them to grayscale. It’s helped me with wanting to use my phone less. :)
