Can you tell the name of the company? Do you have any reference customer where to read about the reference implementation? Thx

This is a cool story and all, but without more specifics, it just comes across to me as mere bragging for the purposes of marketing your businesses rather than UNS / DT themselves. I expect that you will say (and actually believe) 'Well - our audience is XYZ'. Just my opinion, so don't take it to heart - but it doesn't really come across to me as educational. (Maybe just a difference between Australian and American culture)

Would it be possible for you to bring out some issues more clearly for our EUREKA MOMENT? 1) Too many Gaps in their data ? Can you list a few of key data which was not being captured (as an example if not all) by the earlier vendor, essential for the actual implementation of customer’s requirement? 2) You said their first mistake was to focus on MES to get results but MES was exactly what you implemented for them as per their requirement? Correct? What methodology was followed by the earlier vendor as a mistake? 3) Your customer wanted core four feature MES (As defined by you), what Product was offered to them by earlier vendor ? Was it Any branded product or was it also a custom application designed by the earlier vendor? And what was your solution? Custom made MES or any branded one? 4) What were the issues they had earlier in their recipe management which you resolved and the original vendor could not? 5) Why and for what had you to check New SKUs at ever interval in MES ? Any SKUs (New or Existing) to be made would be downloaded by ERP system with all its details? Not clear what exactly you all had to check at regular interval for what action? Every SKUs will always have different bill of material? What exactly was done after you all noticed a new unique SKU was downloaded from ERP ?

Which MES did you use ? Custom make or a standard make ( which one ? ) What exactly you all did differently from the earlier integrator? , not very clesr.....
