Great video, I also have moved to entirely online workshops since covid and the draw to make it too sophisticated on tools or processes has to be thought through clearly. Really like the way you summarized it. I’ve been making my own templates in Miro as a quick way to drop things on a board (like your library of frames). It helps a lot (and many folks have complained that Miro slows down a lot when there’s too much stuff at once). A small point: in your video the frame zooms in and out regularly. I didn’t like it, it was distracting and made me slightly sea sick (prezi style)
