D Seshachari and D Raghavachari, better known as Hyderabad brothers begin this album with Sadachaleswaram in raga Bhoopalam, a morning raga. In the kriti Abhayambikaya in raga Kedaragoula, Dikshitar looks upon Goddess Ambica as one who removes fear and protects those who take refuge in her feet. Dharma Samvardhini in raga Madhyamavathi provides an apt conclusion to this album.

One of the best renditions of some of the superb compositions of Sri Mutthu Swami Deekshitar. My heartfelt Pranaams to the legendary naada yogis- Sri Sheshachari sir and Sri Raghavachari sir. The Mridangam and the violin accompaniment leaves nothing to be desired. On the whole one of the Top-Class Carnatic Albums that has stood the test of time

Dikshitar follwed the Asampoorna Mela scheme in which the 72 Melakartha ragas need to have all the 7 swarams but not necessarily in both Arohanam and Avarohanam. In Sampoorna Melakartha that came later (followed by Thyagarajar), Simhendra Madmayam is the equivalent of Sumadyudi
