This is indeed the last track of the season. What a ride it was. This song actually has a very profound background. Arnob wrote this track when he was in a rehab in Mumbai around 2009, recovering himself and reminiscing the time when his parents left him at shantiniketon (India) at a very young age. He basically was pleading his parents not to leave him by himself in this foreign place. Arnob was going through a very tough time around 2008/2009, and this track perfectly conveys those emotions. The pleading to hold, care, and love him in this distressing time. Also, waiting for your season end favorite tracks review video. Hopefully you will drop it soon. ❤

learned about this from the film "Adkhana bhalo chele adha mastaan". Made me quite sad to be honest. But it also explains why Arnob's songs are more melancholic and introspective compared to his contemporaries

Back in 2009-10 around that time Arnob did a world tour for charity. Later the songs were compiled as an album "Arnob and Friends". Resalat Rasheed Dhrubo player bass in that tour. No wonder he blends in so wonderfully in all Arnob's productions.

Thank you Hammad Bhai and Haris Bhai for such a wonderful discussion. First thing really struck me when you mentioned that this song is the prelude of "Chiltey Roud" which is in a sense I find to be accurate. Hamida Banu has sung amazingly but Arnob has taken this song to the next level. His understanding about what a particular song and what it wants is just amazing. Season 2 has been a wonderful one now we need to wait for season 3. Idris Bhai, Resalat Bhai and Mithun da also Shuvendu da was amazing as always. In this era of time when everything depends on showing off still some songs are still appealing to us and making our eyes wet or lifting our moods up is really an amazing experience. Thank you two again for giving your time to understand Bangla music and showcasing that to the world. Just know that we appreciate and hope you be a bit regular :)

How you guys described the pain of separation, I feel that right now and your analysis of the song is making me appreciate this masterpiece more and more every second. Really sad to see the end of CSB2. One hell of a ride and yes thank you being with us Hammad and Haris bhai ❤️ take love from Bangladesh. And yes very few got the way Arnob emoted himself in this song. He was so in it we all could feel regardless the biasness. 😅 Moreover if i am not wrong, There is a really deep history to this song. In 2009, while he was healing in a Mumbai rehab centre, Arnob wrote this song recalling his early years of being abandoned by his parents in Shantiniketon, India. In a sense, he was begging his parents not to abandon him here in this strange country. Around 2008 or 2009, Arnob was going through a pretty difficult period, and this song aptly captures those feelings. the beseeching to embrace, look for, and love him during this trying time.

So for Hammad, any song that had much more experiment, he didn't make it to his list. For Haris, do we always need to associate a song with our present or past experience? Can't we enjoy or experience a music without trying to associate any kind of experience that we had, have or may have in the future?

hello, brothers. First of all, Haris, get well soon. Great reaction and discussion. Hammads’ reaction throughout the song, melt my heart. I always enjoy your analysis of music, but, the real gems for me is your discussion on life and experiences. They give me a perspective of experiences that I never had. I never really had to bid farewell to my family , friends or world to settle in a new one. But, your experiences really connect me to those emotions. thank you. Secondly, when I heard this song first time, all I could think about “ Chilte rod”, I even wrote a comment about it. It feels amazing that I am not alone in it😊😊. Lastly, for me, the birds are our souls, the black curtains are endless struggles and flow of life, the twinkling stars are our peace of mind and salvation. The lyrics are craving for an anchor to take a breather, stability and relatability.

Why u guyz are not trying Balam's song(like- - Lukochuri, - Ki nesha, - Ekaki mon, - Ajhor bristy, - Ek mutho roddhur etc)..... His songs were just emotion❤ to us at our teen age 16-21. His songs never gets old whenever we listen!! He took a long break from industry although, but has come back recently with the song "" priyotoma"""

What didn't work for me in this song is Arnob's portion. The fusion was not smooth. Original folk song was so beautiful. Hamida Banu sang it beautifully and she should have been allowed to sing the whole song. That mash up was so weird
