Dill Snacking Mini Crackers
2 (11 ounce) boxes mini Saltines
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch seasoning mix
1 tablespoon dill pickle juice - make sure it’s from a dill pickle jar and not the sweet pickles
1 tablespoon dried dill
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Place Saltines in a large mixing bowl
In a separate bowl, whisk together butter, dry ranch seasoning, dill pickle juice, dried dill, and garlic powder
Pour butter mixture over crackers and gently toss to coat all the crackers
Transfer to a rimmed baking dish lined with parchment paper
Bake at 250 degrees for 30-45 minutes,
stirring every 10 minutes
Cool completely before serving and storing
