Dim Bulb Tester - a tool to manage current flow when repairing electronics 

My home brew build of a well-known way to limit current flowing through a device you are repairing or troubleshooting, when working with mains voltage equipment.
The internet and RU-vid are full of these videos, but I am sharing my build as I will be using it in future videos to repair vintage valve/tube based electronics.
