Dear Megan, being a very emotional woman myself I want to warn you that you have been lucky so far to miss the many songs from Dimash that make me cry although I don't ever mind Dimash making me cry! So be sure in the future to ALWAYS have tissue ready. For non English songs he did on Singer 2017 you can find some back stories & performance video with subtitles added on the channel Gloria Wu. If you react to back story & performance of Daididau & Autumn Strong & especially Daybreak I guarantee you will CRY. There are more but that is a good start. When I know I am going to watch him I only put my makeup on AFTER he sings! By the way, I ONLY wear DRESSES and Extreme high heels so I LOVE it when I see other women wearing them so I had to tell you I LOVE your DRESS.🎶👱‍♀️👗👠👠💓

Hello from México 🇲🇽! I've been watching all your Dimash's videos, I like your reactions 👍. Usually Dears give new reactors information and guidance. You have to know Dimash sings "everything": ópera, pop, rock, jazz, folk, rap, yes, rap. The versión of "Screaming" at Idols hits is with rap, different from the official video of the song. He also dances, he is multi instrumentalist: piano, guitar, drumbs, dombra...he speaks in kazakh, russian, English and learning mandarín. He's hansome, cute, kind, stylish, classy, humble, pacifist, perfeccionist, stubborn, funny, hard worker and more. His vocal range is more than 7 octaves. He studied music since he was 5 years old. He has a Master degree in musical composition and carrying on the doctorate. Ah! By the way, he is single😂

You were impressed and you didn't even see the most powerful version. That's the one done on The Singer in 2017 and is arguably his most spectacular performance ever. You might want to check it out on your own time even if you don't actually react to the song again. Your reactions to his songs are great and I'm sure you'll be enjoying all that is to come. Even if you think you have heard it all, the next song amazes and surprises you!!!! One of the best songs you will ever see Dimash do is called Daididau. It is a traditional Kazakh song and all of his Kazakh songs are incredible. I suggest you do Daididau from Bastau. You will see him play a traditional instrument, dressed like a prince in traditional clothes, and show incredible emotion as he performed a very special song to an audience in his homeland. Thousand and thousands of people there.

The singer version was definitely more emotional, but this version, later on in the song, was more technically perfect. They’re both great versions and really just depend on if you want emotion or perfection

I agree, Dimash's "The Singer" Adagio captures him so raw and powerful. After watching videos of at least 30+ Dimash songs I haven't seen anything that's not excellent. Yes, I noticed he winds up singing on his knees fairly often. It has to be harder, for a normal person, to sing on your knees, Obviously, for Dimash, it doesn't hinder his ability. In fact, he even sings a song SITTING on the floor. I don't remember which one it is but I'm sure the Dears will be able to tell you. Love your reactions.

This song was written and sung by Lara Fabian ,which is one of Dimash’s idols. Her version is also beautiful. She is one of the best female singers . I would recommend the song “je suis malade” if you’d like to listen to her. Several of Dimash’s songs are covers of her songs. Don’t get me wrong , I’m crazy about Dimash just like everybody else.

Love your reactions! It can help sometimes to think of Dimash's voice in terms of a musical instrument as he sometimes mimics some of the instruments he plays. I believe he approaches his own voice this way. What do you think?

The tune was composed in 1958 by italian composer Remo Giazotto, allegedly based on the chord structure of a fragment of a composition by baroque composer Tomaso Albinoni, but that is doubted by musicologists. In many recordings of the piece, Albinoni is named as the composer, but that is definitely not the case. Belgian-Canadian singer Lara Fabian wrote the lyrics and performed it first as a song. Dimash covered her version in the Singer show. Fabian is an idol of Dimash since his childhood. His dramatic and passionate singing style is derived to a good part from her. She is a big star in France, Belgium, and French-Canada, and also well known in the rest of Europe, particularly the eastern part due to her friendship with Igor Krutoy. I suggest that you react to one of her signature songs, Je Suis Malade (take a version with English subtitles).

NEVER react to DAYBREAK without checking out the true and horrific BACKGROUNDSTORY leading up to the making of this supersad song. PLEASE go to Gloria Wus channel and Daybreak from The Singer 2017. There you will have the whole heartbreaking backgroundstory and english subs. So my suggestion is to react to The Singer version first and then the version from the Bastauconcert. For me it's a total anticlimax when reactors listen to this very important song but are totally oblivious to the tragedy that took place... Love and Peace from Dear in Sweden! 🙏❤🙏❤🙏
