No, it is not a collective hallucination, although sometimes it crosses our minds that we could be dreaming. Dimash is Real, so real that he is the King of the Universe of Scenic and Musical Art. Nobody beats him, I'm very sorry for his detractors who are so determined to denigrate and slander, I hope that once and for all they assume that denying Dimash's Greatness is a losing battle. It doesn't matter that the great entertainment and celebrity media continue to try to ignore his existence and above all his immeasurable talent and his quality as a performer, they do so not only for his commercial and political agenda but with the sinister purpose of continuing to manipulate and brutalize the crowds ignorant and lacking of spirituality. Love is like a Dream is one of my favorite songs from Dimash. He really sings like an angel up there in that gorgeous head voice. Then the sustained E5 at the end! 🤯🤯🤯 His voice is truly unbelievable. 😇 👽

Hi William, it looks very pretty where you are. This was the second song I heard from Dimash and that coupled with his velvet suit had me hooked:) The first was If I Never Breath Again, that is a beautiful song too. It's still my favourite song, he sings it at all of his concerts and I think dedicates to Dears. He plays several instruments, and has the most beautiful vocals in the world. In my and most others opinion, Dimash is the world's best vocalist, past, present, and future. If you want to hear him sing a D8 go to the Gakku concert, and listen to him sing Unforgettable Day. If you want to hear him rock out a bit go to the singer and listen to him sing one of Queens hits. Dimash even raps! Listen to him sing Screaming Idol. Hello, by Lionel Ritchie, and all by Myself. Most of these songs are on The Singer. These are songs he sang when he was about 22. He is now 28.

It’s dedicated to Alla because this was her 70th Birthday celebration show, and she had a hit with this song by Igor, when he first wrote it the year Dimash was born 1996. Alla’s version is totally different to Dimash’s version.

It took me a while to warm up to Dimash, because I usually avoid Male singers who Sing in the High Falsetto range, but as I've heard more of Dimash, I have come to realize that he may be the best Tenor since the Young Pavarotti!

*The story of this song* : very famous song, composed by Igor in 1994, for Alla Pugacheva. It has been covered by many, including by Lara Fabian, but Dimash`s cover is much loved by many :) The female version of this is very exuberant. Dimash said that he thought about the song from a man`s perspective and adjusted his performance to reflect that. /// *Story of how this song was born* : Igor invited Alla to perform at one of his creative evening concerts. She said : "I need a new song. Such, well... such a ! - She spread her arms wide. - I can't even put it into words." Alla was recently married, and she wanted a new song, one about happy love - "I'm not singing about unhappy love. Enough, how many more can I ?! I want to sing about happy love. I haven't sung happy songs in a long time" she told Igor. It took 17 reworkings of the music, by Igor, at Alla`s request. Then the initial lyrics didn`t suit it. Then Igor asked a young poetess, Valeria Gorbachev, who wrote such poems, to write the lyrics for the song - telling her "Ler, I have one melody to which no one can write poetry. I'm going on tour in Sochi, but I'll play it and leave it to you. I'll call you back in a day. If you can do something, it would be great" And the next day Valeria was done. Igor called this song 'the longest job'. He said : "Between the song in the form in which you bring it to Alla, and the song that she takes out to the public, there is a huge chasm ! Any song that is performed by Alla, is already like her child, because there is so much brought by her personally... There is so much in the melody, in the poetry, in the arrangement, in her interpretation of this musical material that in any song she performs, she must be a full-fledged co-author. I watched her work in the studio. If it were possible to put cameras there, it would probably be a textbook for any singer, for any composer, how to work on a song. She sang one take, but for this take she prepared herself for two or three hours. She walked up to the microphone, she looked at the lyrics, she was groping the note, she was looking for a position, but she was not performing anything. There was a naked phonogram. And then she said: now turn on, now will be the option that will remain. She sang it once, and it was done, in one take." At last!!! What a beautiful way to wake up. To this…. This was the very first song I watch him sing live. I cried! For a few weeks I though I still have a hang over. In that auditorium I thought I levitated. It was so heavenly and surreal experienced. This song was compose by Igor for allla exactly 25 years before this moment. Love is Like a Dream - truly another masterful composition by Igor Krutoy. I first saw this performance before going back and seeking another artist singing this song. I wanted to ground myself and hear whether a mere human could make the song sound as divine as Dimash. Not really. However, it gave me a reference point to assure me that the song is truly beautiful, but Dimash’s vocals just bring it from beautiful to ethereal. Love your emotions as you travel vocally with Dimash. Prayers for peace from Canada.

I just noticed that you have missed Sinful Passion by Dimash, accompanied by members of A'Studio, the band from Kazakhstan which created this song. This was the song where Igor Krutoy really discovered Dimash and decided to start the collaboration (I understood they had briefly met before). Besides it being a gorgeous song, Dmash sings a 24-second phrase in one breath that other vocal experts have described the best 24 seconds of singong ever sung. Another great collaboration of Igor and Dimash is Know. There are two major versions of it, one with lyrics and the other with Dimash only vocalizing improvisations over the meldy and harmonic structure. The lead performance of the first version comes from the New Wave event in Sochi in 2019, a prime example of the second version is from the Arneu tour concert in Kyiv in March 2020, the Dimash's last concert before the pandemic hit. There are many more recordings, and each one is a bit different, but the two versions mentioned are a must for any Dimash connoisseur.

Hi there, Will ! I'm a crossover from "AJ" but I have to admit I discovered Dimash before her. This is my favorite Dimash performance. I don't know how much you've heard from Dimash but if you haven't gone to his performances on The Singer, a Chinese Show, I definitely recommend you do. That is where be became recognized and thought of as , perhaps, the greatest singer on the planet. Will, even though their styles are 180 degrees apart, do you see a similarity between Dimash and Angelina? Both, of course, are blessed with voices so unique they are beyond compare to anyone else and their artistic presentations touch us deeply when we listen to them sing. And, Will, therein lies the magic which brings them close together. Both of them are very humble individuals and when they sing they reach down deep into their souls and what we hear overwhelms us so much the connection they make with us is one of love and the love flows in both directions. They are beautiful human beings and I await the day when there is a moment in the world when we need to bring people together to show them that love is the answer and that the world can be a beautiful place to live for all if we began to truly love each other. At the Event, which will be broadcast to every Country in the world, LIVE, how wonderful it would be to see Dimash greet Angelina at center stage and watch them smile at each other, gently embrace and then clasp hands and turn to the audience and start waving hello to everyone!
