I wanted to let you know in case you didn't that on this competition Dimash actually withdrew from the competition because he said that the producers had lied to him. He specifically asked if there was going to be children in the competition and they told him no and it turned out there was. Dimash felt that it wasn't fair to the kids that had a lot of talent and he voluntarily withdrew so that the kids would have a chance. I think that speaks volumes about the humility and the grace and dignity that Dimash always shows. But I really didn't like what Faith Hill said to him. Dimash always gives his all as he did in that performance. What was she talking about?

Best version of "All by myself " 1-Dimash 2-Celine Dion 3-Eric Carmen (original version)

By the very definition of "cover song," only the original artist can be "covered,"-----meaning that this is an Eric Carmen cover, not a Celine Dion cover. I think the incorrect title was created by whoever originally posted the video to youtube and was not your mistake at all---although I have noted that some youtubers have made the correction. Celine's version, just like Dimash's, is also a cover version of Eric Carmen's original. This is a matter of credit where credit is due, and since Carmen wrote the lyrics, recorded the song and took it to the highest position it ever attained on Billboard (and did it 22 years before Celine even got around to recording her version), he would certainly have a right to be offended that someone else is getting the credit for the pop music masterpiece he created.

We only heard a cut up version of this song as The World's Best TV show in the US only gave you the highlights. I believe I have seen a full version of the song in one of his concerts, not sure which one. I think I'm going to go look for it now, I suddenly need my fix of the full length version!!

I have no idea what, I think her name is Faith Hill, was talking about. How much more of himself could Dimash have possibly given? The only thing wrong with that performance is that it was too short. Dimash gives 200 % of himself for any performance.

"All by Myself" is a song by American singer-songwriter Eric Carmen released in 1975 becoming a number two hit for him at the time.The verse is based on the second movement of Sergei Rachmaninoff's circa 1900-1901 Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor, Opus 18. Wikipedia Celine's rendition was also a cover of this song. It's important not to give her credit for the song by referring to this as a Celine Dion cover.

Eric Carmen released this song in 1975. (Do your research). Celine Dion and many others have COVERED this song. Eric Carmen needs some recognition here. Do check out Nicola Sedda's take on this song. Do this on your own. It won't get the votes to do a reaction. (cleaner vocals than Dimash. (Can't really compare the 2. Dimash is great). (Not necessarily better, but worth a listen). Also, higher whistle note). Note: Have not found a live performance yet.

That's why I don't look at this reaction. I'm sorry. It's not your fault and I'm sure you did well. Dimash was lied to and scammed before this show to sign for this show. In his culture, children are encouraged and not competed. When Dimash asked if he would have to compete against kids on this show, he was assured that he didn't have to. Otherwise he would never have signed. When he happened to bump into the then 12-year-old Daneliya Tuleshova backstage at his last performance (the artists were strictly separate), he learned that he had to compete not only with her, but also with a 7-year-old boy. He then performed and immediately asked the jury for his resignation. The jury's reaction was beyond offensive and inappropriate. I'm sending you two links so you can get an idea of how unworthy the jury behaved if you want. I also saw a video where the two presenters made it look like Dimash had resigned because he was afraid of losing to the kids. The first link shows the appearance and retirement in the finale and the second link is from two eyewitnesses who were present at that show and can testify that Dimash was screwed. I love Dimash for his integrity that his principles go over $1 million. I still get angry when I write about it Not only did they shorten and mutilate his songs until it hurts, no. He also performed a song in Kazakh, hence his traditional robe. They eliminated that entirely. We all know how proud he is of his Kazakh homeland and loves to show it to the world and it really hurts. Bad choice of video, they lied to him, Ru Paul even said it was BS when he quit, also the show always chopped the songs, this is not even the full performance.

Dimash is always great,,,, unfortunately this show lied to him about children not competing with him, when he found out he resigned. The host of this show is a great guy, some of the ‘judges’ were rude to him, one in particular… so we ‘Dears’ avoid this show !

Hello. I generally love watching your reactions but I could not watch this one. As you've read from previous comments, this is from a show that a majority of Dears won't watch. We watched him insulted by people who thought it was proper to do so. His action? He dropped out of a show because he would not compete against children. He was lied to when he was assured there would be no children. Apparently he discovered accidentally because the contestants are kept separate. Please watch this another time from his channel.
