Because there are always those who make a profit from this. It seems hard, if not impossible, to get to the middle ground in today's world... 'War and Peace' is also my favorite songs. It is Dimash's own composition and his thoughts, written in Chinese by a Chinese poet. Such a good, complex composition and first of all, the important message. I love the lyrics, they are so deep and philosophical. I think the words tell what is essential to make peace: you have to believe it's important and trust that it's possible and then - take the first step! This applies to all relationships, be it between two people or the whole countries. Indeed, Dimash's art has so much substance. This is what I really love about him. And his sincerity. He means what he says and shows it by his own attitude, his example. He is a peace maker. He strives to seek unity, and what we have in common as humans. A good example of this is his 'Ave Maria', which he sang as a vocalize, without words. So, every culture and religion (and non-religious too) can find their own spiritual meaning from it. Religions often divide people, sadly; the spirituality is universal.

Phil, you're so, so right. The greatest absurdity of our planet is that everyone is talking about love and wanting peace, and everyone is arming and committing fratricidal wars and destruction. Destruction, is not the essence for which we were created, and this in itself is not logical and speaks of the lack of common sense. Dimash created this song when he was only 19. He was born much wiser than some people will become in their lifetime. Greed, corruption and lies kill humanity and our entire value system. Dimash is great.
