But to beat levan you also need a reaaaaly strong wrist. No point in that much armpower if your wrisk gets taken. But veeeeery impressive lift nevertheless

Am I the only one who feels pain just watching this? What are these guys wrists and tendons made of? Trubin isn't even using any straps for 110 kg lift

There was one lift with fully locked out lift against the wall. He lifted 110kg

True but also keep in mind that some of the exercises are more arm wrestling specific so it's meant to mimic a more locked arm position. He does have several full range exercises here though

He's not bodybuilding he's training for armwrestling-ttraining full range isn't usually the goal.hes not traing to impress,he's training to be a better armwrestler.you don't lift weights without a purpose otherwise your wasting your time.if he were say a boxer then yeah,full range would be optimal,but that's not what he's training for is it?
