HORNET 22 WELL SPOKEN MY FRIEND

Can someone please educate me why this man was very very important for the sport? You can tell im pretty new to the sport.. I kind of became a fan of it when he passed away. I know why John is a living legend but Pushkar I honestly dont , I would love if someone can take a few minutes to explain to me his legacy or maybe copy paste a link where it explains it. I apologize of this looks wrong asking for something like this. Was he a ambassador of the sport where he lives or?

@@xXLucWuvXx You have a great documentary that shows his life and investment for the sport. His accomplishments are story for itself. On RU-vid you can find a documentary of Andrey, it is an hour and fifteen minutes long. If you have a time you can watch it, I reccomend it.

@@xXLucWuvXx just an awesome dude who over the time was becoming one of the best if not potentially the best armwrestler in the world. With up most respect, he is one of the greatest pullers to live. He's basically the devon larrat of Ukraine/Russia. Big ambassador of the sport and like I said, super awesome guy....rip big champ

Why is he “the best” in the world? AFAIC its Denis and Levan. Im starting to think that Igor is overrating him because they are both from Ukraine. Or is he real good and im just not knowledgeable about arm wrestling eh

@@a2-antonio892 He actually was the top ranking in the world for 4 years after defeating Denis 3-0 in the A1 Russian open in 2014 all the way up until his death in 2018. He also held the title for a small time in 2005. So Igor calling him the best in the world is actually not an overstatement. He truly was one of the all time greats, right up there with Denis and probably as well with Levan, if he was still here with us today.

@@Bombadillo69 thank you. 2 more questions may i? Why is oleg zhokh is sometimes addressed as pushkars son? And why is denis called the dominant of the decade?

@@a2-antonio892 I haven't heard anyone call Oleg Pushkar's son, but it's probably due to the fact that they are both Ukrainian and were often seen together, coupled by the fact that Oleg is very young so Pushkar looks like a father next to him. Denis being called the dominant of the decade is most likely because throughout the decade he consistently fought with and also defeated some of the contenders for the best in the world title, and even though he didn't hold the title, many believed him to be the strongest of the decade, especially on the left arm.

@@engr.h.mbasirijaz1249 he is sadly injured and wont compete again i think, but levan was absolutely possible. They would have been both in their primes.

@@engr.h.mbasirijaz1249 Denis himself admitted that back in 2012-2014 Denis was just 1% stronger than Pushkar they always had a big war right handed and were both very exhausted this Shows how even they were. And now imagine how strong pushkar Was 2018 he improved a lot he beat Michael todd 4-2 just like Denis did. Pushkar Was closer than ever to beating Denis in 2018. Even Michael says his hardest opponent Was 2017 pushkar.

@@engr.h.mbasirijaz1249 Thats left handed tho. People always forget that a different hand makes the outcome so much different because their hands arent identical. Pushkars Hit is right handed way better for example. It would have been a war for sure pushkars endurance got also much better after 2012.

@@imranzakir3427 Okay then.. Yes ı agree in my opinion levan could not stand pushkar's incredible fast and strong side pressure and for vitaly his speed and strong top roll doesnt mean that much against a Man with long forearms, strong hands..

@@mehmetserifozgun9170 i don't know that whether he would have been able to beat Levan or not but I agree with you Pushkar had a pretty good chance against Levan. Problem is, Levan and Vitaly never faced a elite heavyweight except for Trubin. Yes they beat old man Bresnan, True middleweights Prudinik, Ongarbaev( hope spelled right) and newbie like Kurdecha. They never faced any real challenge. They didn't faced Dennis, Pushkar, Micheal, Chaffee and Larratt etc. Levan could be no.1 but he needs to prove himself by beating Chaffee and Micheal. Not including Dennis because he's not well.
