@@contextTBD The Greeks did used to call the Underworld 'Hades'. It's short for 'The House of Hades'. So, Holt saying 'Who's guarding Hades' is totally accurate. It's a nice detail that Holt, who is married to a Classics professor, would use an appropriately Classical reference.

Venom it is very rare a commissioner is under cover to bust drug case. That’s why they are commissioners, they are more business like officers rather than law enforcing officers. They make sure everything runs smoothly and keep everything in check. If it was a drug bust. There are particular task forces and ofc the FBI, DEA. But ik what you mean, you want her to comeback. She was a good character bringing the pettiest and the best out of holt
In less than 3 minutes, Holt delivered some of the best insults/zingers against Wuntch in the entire series that still make me bust out laughing to this day. RIP Andre, you will be missed
I love moments like 1:20 -> character suggests doing something silly without really intending to go through with it -> cut to another character doing what was just suggested Like "what do you want me to do, dress in drag and do the Hula????” -> ”Luau!”

As I'm watching this for the dozen time i noticed that even though Holt been demoted and Terry been promoted to Lieutenant and Boyle a Detective (meaning he outrank Holt). Terry and Boyle still called Holt Sir despite outranking him by 3 ranks
