How do it get the sensitivity to stay at #6. it says to test device by pressing the on/off button until you get to 0 than bark but when i do that it changes the sensitivity #to 8. What am i doing wrong

Happy so far with collar. Do you put the rubber covers on all the time?

Can you still leave regular collar on with her name tag and phone number while wearing the Dinjoo bark collar?
