The Dinky company introduced the Austin Somerset Saloon model to the market in the early 1950s. It is a classic English family car that was produced as a simple model without any extras. I received my copy very worn. It shows that several generations of children have played with this model. I decided to renovate it in an improved version, adding windows and suspension to the Austin. I changed its painting to two-color. I packed everything in a copy of the original box that was produced in the early 1950s.
