Not sure about that, it looks like time erasing includes stopping time, I haven't read the manga. So going by the anime, Dio and Jotaro would be able to move in erased time.
well that entirely depends on who activates it first. if dio stopped time first then diavolo can’t do anything but if diavolo erases the next 10 seconds, then it would mean dios time stop never happened
@@BygoneT the thing is diavolo and Dio both has different fighting style. Diavolo is hide and ambused. Also hit and run. Assassin type. cause diavolo power is to make you confused cause your soul and memory also get skipped. King crimson attack you with surprise attack when you confused or in a state of deja Vu. It is 100% percent sure way to make you caught off guard. It's fit diavolo characteristic and fighting style. He will make sure 100% his ability don't get exposed or getting analyse. He will keep it hidden. Dio on other hand has an advantage fighting head on. His stand is 2nd strongest physically after star platinum. It also very fast. If Dio fight head on he win. Cause head on battle involve exposing opponent power and analyse. If Dio know diavolo power he win cause there is a time gap after time skip before diavolo attack. That little time gap after skip time Dio can use time stop to counter diavolo. Dio is good at counter attack and offence. In this head on battle Dio has advantage but with sneaky attack diavolo has advantage.

@@cc-corruptor4492 If we are going by simplest explanation of King Crimson's ability, his Time Erase actually erases memories from people's mind so they don't remember what happened under 10 seconds. That also means even if Diavolo activates Time Erase DIO's stand is faster,stronger and more precise than Diavolo's. Plus DIO is a vampire so he would survive Diavolo's attack.
Now this is insane character development of dio whether it is fan made, he comes to save his kid to fight evil when he is evil himself, also he doesn't lose his prideful nature, he cant imagine anyone above himself so this define that dio is always on bucciarati team if he was alive
DIO couldn't go outside in Stardust Crusaders because he didn't know sunscreen was invented yet. Giorno's mother actually gave him a bottle of sunscreen, which is why he didn't kill her.

I kind of like the idea that gold experience requiems ability would be to revive people from the dead (even if only temporarily) and not to revert negative actions. It is a far more balanced ability which makes him easier to implement as a character in stuff like the video games and what if scenarios. It also would allow for an ending kinda like this where DIO comes back and helps win which I think would be pretty cool.
When it comes to an actual fight, it really depends on who makes the first move immediately. Diavolo's Epitaph would allow him to see what happens in the future and King Crimson would allow him to see The World stopping time and what and where it will strike giving him an escape from Dio's attacks. For Dio, however, if The World stops time earlier than King Crimson erasing time, that would mean that by stopping time everybody and everything else will be in a temporary stop til Dio's time would be up so Diavolo would not have time to evade Dio's donut punch.

This is a good au of dio actually coming back for Giorno most of the time there’s no explanation or it’s just straight up crap but the mention of dios own father makes it believable nice work
