The Reason perfumes do not smell like they used to is because of IFRA. Since 2012, they reformulated perfumes. They only allow a small amount of the powerful ingredients like oakmoss. They replaced natural ingredients with synthetic ones. Perfumes used to inspire me. It was exciting to smell the good perfumes because they were so deep and REAL. Unlike the weak and synthetic perfumes today. I remember when the change happened because I went in the repurchase Chanel Fraische and it smelled so much less potent and beautiful than my previous bottle, I went to the store to complain. I was then informed of what Ifra had done. I was so upset with the new smell of perfumes that I quit buying perfume for a long time. Now, I just try to find the best ones I can.
I wish I had this all my adult life, it’s for every age, every season. It has notes that just make me euphoric. Dior Addict Eau Fraiche is totally different but just as glorious.
My favorite perfume ♥️ I kept a sample of it for a year in my purse, using it for special occasions. Then I finally decided it is time for full size and I don't regret it 😊
I loooove it 😍 Got it as a present back in highschool from my dad, directly from Italy. After raving about it soooo much I received another bottle ( 2014 formulation) from my boyfriend. For me, this is my Winter perfume and it's have been also my perfume signature back in highschool or when we were having family meetings. I find it soooo adictive and unique and unfortunately not many perfumes nowadays have this thing. It's one of the best perfumes from the house of Dior ♥️😍
I would say the cinnamon scent is very dominant and doesn't fade away.... The scent stays so freaking long on my clothes! I like to grab this fragrance especially in the wintertime....evening....outside.....to grab a mold tea and walk through the christkindlmarkt. I just think this fragrance kinda gives you a warm hug....oh I'm so bad at describing😂
I looove Dior's perfumes. For years and years my staple spring/summer perfume was J'adore and for fall/winter of course the unforgettable Hypnotic Poison which is my all time favourite perfume btw.

Thanks for the review. On me this perfume pulls so fresh. Literally like a freshie with a bit of vanilla. Maybe as I wear it more, I get more spice. But very green and powdery on me.
... And that's why I've been buying the perfumes I used to wear 20 years ago Shalimar, addict, coco chanel, no5... Although they've all been reformulated they still have something that new perfumes don't have

I remember the bottle but not the fragrance. It's been so cold these past days that I've thinking about a new perfume for winter. It might be it!

I love how you are struggling to say cinnamon 😂 i wish you describe the scents more in terms of emotion rather than technical because not all of us are well versed on all these notes
@@marianash5570 it's amazing! never tried the first dior addict released in 2002 but this one is very fancy and lasts really well. you should give it a try
Does anybody know what color dior addict EDP juice perfume is? I bought 10ml version of this perfume twice from two different online store that sell share in bottle perfume but the juice color between them was quite different... one is greyish color and the other one dark orangey color. can’t tell which one is fake and wich one is the original. Someone pls help😞
