This is great! I'm a bit saddened that nobody seems to have ever done a piano cover of What it is. That song is just screaming for a piano cover. While I used to be skilled, I'm pretty mediocre on the piano these days but I may have to make that my mission!

Tricky thing with What It Is is that in my opinion it's especially the bends that makes it so unique, but that can't be done on a piano...

Alan Clarkes piano is as good as Knopflers guitar in this song. They both go beautifully together. Great job man.

The only thing wrong with this rendition is that it is far too short. The entire 14 minute piece would have been sublime.
