I am really interested in the process of creating Direct Action (behind the scenes, the difficulties encountered, the method used etc ...) as I wish create my own dynamic mission generator. Do you have resources to share?
Yes, he did bring the mode to “S.O.G. Prairie Fire” and the “Unsung” modification. Check the official D.A. presets out in his Discord server, there are dedicated channels where all supported presets are displayed.
So here's the question. Is there an actual respawn button in this mission set? because I often forget to save. The mission is awesome btw, I personally love it.
I just bought this game last night. I played arma 2 some and 3 a long time ago when they had that demo. But man this game is a blast. I love how the bullets hit all around you. Very realistic. Really fun to just shoot your gun. Right now I am playing the east wing campaign. My team leader got blown up by a mine. So I had to go solo and wrap around to meet up with my fellow marine survivors. I seen a raft patrol with a armored car so I took them out and ran away dodging bullets and stole there Ac it was glorious. Bullets hitting everywhere found my marines and now we are hiding out in the forest. It all out warfare on the map. It really fun. This game might of hooked me. Hopefully I can get in with some folks later on the multiplayer. I am now 37 years old. So the slower more mythotical gameplay appeals to me alot more then the run and gun of the others. But I do love me some battlefield. Except 2042 that one is poo. But I been watching your vids and live them and arma 3 so much fun. Love to play with you guys one day.
How the fuck ARE YOU GETTING STABLE 60FPS IN ARMA?! o_O I played ArmA 3 on damn Ryzen Epyc and GTX3090ti 128 GB RAM DDR4 M.2 SSD 3200W/3800R and tank this game at 25-45 FPS! (Not counting the manual optimizations... that took few hours to do)
In a nutshell it doesn’t matter how much horsepower you have if the game isn’t set up to use it. You’ll notice your cpu and got usage sits fairly low and yet you’ll still get frame drops. The solution is always... set object view distance as low as possible. Servers set the view distance in MP so you’ll need a view distance mod to change it in MP. Also more mods = less FPS. The difference between say RHS and vanilla is massive. Turn off every single mod you don’t absolutely need. Stuff like ACE will have a huge impact as well.
@@BillyEatWorld Well... it seems that Arma is destined to low amounts of FPS. Ah, screw it. I'm having loads fun with this game anyways. :D WH40K mod rulez. WOOP WOOP
