Anyway, just a heads up, ALWAYS wear gloves when kneading epoxy like you did in this video (preferably nitrile gloves). I own an aerospace manufacturing company and we routinely handle chemicals like this (and much nastier ones too) and they are very harmful. You gotta protect yourself. Keep up the good work!

You should use Lords Fuser glue for that crack. I use it to weld or called panel bonding when I put on quarter panels to a car or cut Out rust and then weld on a new panel with that glue and it is sandable so I am sure it worked much better than JB Weld, even though your attempt was actually good, just wont last as long.

I think the magneto is the problem. Its the black thing with green and blue wires on top of it. pushing against the flywheel. Take the covers off the flywheel and you'll see it. Make sure it isn't to far away from the flywheel or it wont create spark.

What year is yours? I just bought an 1989 CR125R and I love it.

Check the black thing that pushes on the flywheel. I think its called the magneto. I just fixed mine it has come loose and wouldn't start. Tried all the things u did but that was the problem.

I got 395 ohms when i checked my stator. I two wires running from the stator and cdi unit and checked them with a multimeter set to ohms and it showed 395 400 and sometimes it showed over 500

I have a kx100, I have replaced the stator, ignition coil, cdi, and the spark plug. It still has no spark. The coil is reading too much resistance and the stator is reading way to low resistance. Can you help?
