Thanks for the video. Installed on my 2021 300rr Was a little bit worried about using a rivet after watching the video. Glad the correct rivets were included with the fan kit package. Took a little bit, but managed to find my rivet gun as I hadn't used it in a long, long time. Installation was pretty easy. Still a little concerned if the rivets could cause any damage on the radiator fins. Filled back up with anti-freeze and no leaks so far. Will need to get the bike hot and pressure built up to be 100% certain.
Good Evening! Super excited to hear that our video helped you, that's the goal! You should feel 100% confident in using the rivets that were supplied in the kit. The radiator itself only has a set amount of core channels that run the fluid throughout the radiator, the remainder of the fins are just used as more surface area to help it cool. If you ever need more Beta parts keep us in mind as we drop ship and offer discounts as long as you live within the USA! Thanks, Jared.
Good morning, thanks for checking out our channel! Yep Beta has a fan kit specific to your bike! Keep in mind that we offer discounts and also free shipping on orders over a certain threshold. Enjoy the ride, Jared
Good Evening, thanks for watching our video! I just looked them up on their website and they use some cross braces behind the radiator. I am not sure they would clear. That is probably a great question for their tech support! Thanks, Jared
Q- it comes with a little metal washer. I just kept the existing rubber washer and disregarded the metal one. Ya think the metal one has anything to do with temp readings?
I didn't think these 300s get hot enough to need a fan unless the jetting is too lean...even in hard enduro. Also, why not go with lateral support? Seems more important than a front grill.
Good evening, we have been using these radiator guards for about 5 years and have been rock solid for us. Drews bike even fell from the sky and it held up. (I'll look for the video of his crash). I think the cooling fans are awesome, not that expensive and give you that added security on those slower muddier rides that the bike is going to be just fine. Thanks, Jared

Check out this video of Drew Fortner at the Hard Enduro this spring in Texas putting his rad braces to the test! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-efBZhJwEqhE.html
Hey Good Evening, yep the part numbers are right in the description of the video! We offer 10% discounts on all Beta parts and we can offer drop shipping right from Beta USA if you are interested! (716) 753-2628
What i dont like: if that radiator is bend after a crash, then the fan mount and the fan housing will be bend as well, resulting in fan blades scratching on the housing or a stopped fan. There should be rubber mounts that can flex if the radiator is bend.
Thanks for watching! Much appreciated! Keep in mind that we offer discounts on OEM Beta Accessories/ Parts and offer drop shipping to your door! Thanks, Jared
Hey Matt, thanks for checking out our videos! When installing the Bullet Proof Rad Guards it comes with the smaller washers. The bigger ones will not fit in the side holes in the outside of the rad brace to access the bolt/ washer on the inside. Enjoy the ride, Jared
Hey Good Morning! It doesn't seem like there is much protection but we have been running these braces for a long time and have had great success. I will share a video under this comment of my rider Drew Fortner when we went to Texas for the hard enduro. This guy got an awesome clip of his bike falling out of the sky!
Actually have thar exact situation going on in the shop now. We are doing a fan kit with race wire harness on a new 2022 300 RE. I will make a video on what I do to remedy it
Good Morning, thanks for the comment! This is the fan kit that is sold right from Beta. I am unaware of the motoes radiator guards and how they mount. It may be best to get your guards in first and mock them up to see if they will work with this fan. If you think the fan kit will work I would be glad to sell you the Beta parts so give us a call! We offer discounts and usually free shipping on orders depending on the order size. Thanks, Jared
Good afternoon, YES the cooling fan can easily be installed with a stock harness. If you are interested in a cooling fan we can help with parts and even offer discounts and sometimes free shipping! Just give us a call (716) 753-2628. Enjoy the ride, Jared
Great video as always, do the factory 12v power plug have a signal from the factory termostat so it will give 12v on a given temperature or do you need to have an ekstra sensor to get the fan to start ?
Good Afternoon, the newer Beta 2-stroke bikes have sensor in the LH radiator that I installed that allows the circuit to be completed. On the newer 4-stroke models the bikes uses the sensor that is already in the cylinder to turn the fan on and off. The thermostats are just an inline unit that when coolant gets warm enough it lets it circulate through the bike. There is no wiring with the oem thermostat and you even remove them when you install the aftermarket coolant hose kits. Thanks, Jared
Does the brass plug sensor touch the coolant directly? Wondering if I need to drop the coolant to install without the stock brace. Running the 7602 brace/guard combo.
Good Afternoon! Yes this brass plug goes straight to the coolant. When you reinstall I would recommend using some pipe tape to keep it from leaking! Thanks, Jared
