Dirty GSX & Galant VR-4 on rollback Action!

You and me both! There is a LOT of work to pull off what I've set out to do with these builds. But none of it can even start without this. Thank you for recognizing all the pieces I've worked so hard to put in place only so I can do this right for everyone else, and the car.

That was a message to my county. It costs double for custom tags, so I paid extra for that. I had to keep all of my cars tagged and registered/insured for 5 years (whether or not they were undergoing repairs) in order to loophole my ability to keep my cars for all the RU-vids. I had 6 cars at the time and only 1 ran. I have no I was threatened $2500 fines per car, allowed one non-registered car. Imagine me getting the $12,500 letter by a county inspector who was trespassing. I thought a fence would be cheap, but thanks to the county who owned the ditch, a fence was going to cost me $14,500 because of the county's storm drainage ditch. I'd have to build a 90 foot concrete easement because of it. Then build the fence. He came back a week later to find every car was registered, tagged, and insured. All but the Colt. I never applied any stickers to the GSX because I WANTED the inspector to mess with me, and to prove he trespassed again. It was the hardest one to get to. I had all the paperwork, though. The message on the Galant plate was for the county inspector to see from the road, but my neighbor seemed to really take it to heart. Pretty sure he was the one who sicked the inspector on me. Eventually that neighbor moved, and apparently the inspector found a different department to work in with State benefits because I never saw him again over the next 5 years. He totally gave up on me. I won that war. Now with a shop there's not a thing anyone can do to me and today we still all get to have a Galant.

@@Jafromobile That's pretty mean😞. Here in France, you can keep a car uninsured and unused as long as it's on your land, and not on a public road. Yes, your neighbours can complain about your "dead" cars, but as long as you keep them off the public roads, no one can do anything. (Within what's reasonable; health hazard etc...) I see lots of old cars in the gardens and in the fields here.😉

When all of it gets bolted back together... I don't even know if I'm prepared for how awesome this is going to be?

@@Jafromobile PLEEEEAAAASSSSEEEE work on the colt a bit. That's what started me on your channel back in 2011(?). Watching you cut up that Colt to make the shocks sit right, and all doing at the speed of tweaker while Rojo Del Chocolate was like crack to me.

Engine building please

I am probably more likely to boost Big Red. Second choice is a 2WD 1985 Toyota Xtra Cab Deluxe with an aluminum rod 4g63/powerglide swap. I just have a soft spot for my first whip. I'm huge and never fit well in the mighty max. I put 330,000 miles on mine, it handled better than an accord and fit me like a glove. Once I went to a full sized truck I haven't looked back because like I said, I'm huge. I love mighty maxes and always root for them, so don't get me wrong. If I'm going to restore an older truck, it's probably going to be the Toyota. Seriously look that one up. It's right at the changeover point when they started making parts and cars in America, it's a much different truck than the ones that followed. I almost bought one 3 years ago, and I regret not doing it because they've all doubled in price/borderline unobtanium.

Yeah, you missed it. Tons of people complain they never get notifications or subscription feed updates for my video, implying it's intentional. I don't know man, I just work here? It's several videos back, cost me a small fortune to do, and less than 1/13th of my subscribers watched it. Certainly does feel squelched.

It's a 1992 Dodge Colt. Same thing as a Mitsubishi Mirage.
