Great video and very informative! I figured this out a few years back when these spektrum avc receivers starting coming with several RTR 1/5th scale rc’s. Unfortunately AVC and gas powered kill switches aren’t compatible together, so I had the scrap them for non avc receivers. Great info nonetheless!
Question. Can you duplicate a rc so that it has 2 models on 1 radio but wth AVC on one and off on the other without having to rebind when switching the models? I have the InfractionV2 with the handbrake and I added lights to it. I usually run a light switch off chan3 but the handbrake is already there and since I have AVC activated I can’t use the other two aux channels. So is it possible to have the infraction in model 1 spot with AVC on and also have it in model 2 spot with AVC off?
Hi I got this radio and receiver as a present and was already able to disable avc but wasn't sure I did it correct since I still have problems. Tnx to your video I know I did this part correct. I only have old servos and none of them correctly on the srs6000. Once connected they all jitter and vibrate constantly. And Don't move smoothly. The servos work perfectly fine on other brand radios. Can the srs6000 not handle analog servos?
Hi there. Hopefully this message gets seen. So a strange thing happend. I turned on my kraton for first time in maybe 6 months. So Dx5c on, car on… now usually you have the common 5/6 beeps the car does before its ready to go. But now it does like 2 beeps then the fan slows down and its just idle. But check this… if i turn my steering full right lock it ramps up the fan again, the beeping resumes as normal and then its ready to go. It will actually drive (but only in full lock to the right😰) when i let go of the steering wheel the the fans slow down again and the car is idle. Any idea how to fix this bizarre problem?
Very nice Didn’t notice the contra code Question I did everything you did except the code and it still disabled BUT the steering throw was less when I did that. When I turned avc back on the full steering came back. Have you checked to see if your travels the same with and without avc on?
Nathan Zari the Flysky FS-GT5 has most of the features of this one for about $75-80 US. I think that’s a good choice for under $100 and it has AVC/SVC.
@@RazorRC I have a Flysk FS-GT3B and I'm going to install it on my ARRMA senton. I like the Gt3b because the value, and I'm not a racer, so I don't need all the features and speed of a race radio or higher end radio.
😂 man I had to pause this video so many times and look at you remote in English up stand mine. I was able to bind it but I still don’t understand the language
You kept the values at 0% after supposedly disabling AVC and yet you can still hear the servo making noise so I don't think your second method actually disabled it.
topchoice32 AVC dulls the responsiveness of the steering. It also does weird things in the air when you jump because it doesn’t know you’re in the air and tries to autocorrect the steering. I prefer to be in control, not the computer.
