If you quitout after getting Priscilla's HP to 0 but before the boss kill actually counts and receiving the soul, Priscilla will be disabled on reload, effectively removing her from the game and locking you out of getting her soul. This persists even when you reenter the Painted World again. I found this while looking at the DS1 event script functions recently provided by HotPocketRemix here github.com/HotPocketRemix/DSE...

Does this also work if you don't one-shot her? Given how this game's event scripting language works, there's a high glitch potential by abusing quit-outs in many circumstances. Much like asylum skip or fall control quit-outs. I'm actually surprised that you can walk out just fine without softlocking. Nice find! Also could Priscilla's moan glitch be caused by some race condition in those event scripts I wonder...? RIP fluffy waifu.

You just have to get Priscilla's HP to 0, no need for the oneshot. Priscilla's moan glitch being caused by a race condition is very, very unlikely as using specific positions and angles make getting moan glitch around a 90% chance, whereas randomly hitting her results in almost no moan glitches. The way the functions play out during moan glitch also doesn't indicate a race condition either. We are looking into it further though.

You can't do this exploit if you get moan glitch as the constant dialogue would prevent you from accessing the menu. Also, moan glitch activates at the exact moment you kill her so after the dialogue it's too late anyway. Additionally, doing this in a run would invalidate it as Priscilla's boss kill did not register and Priscilla is entirely removed from the game, preventing you from killing her.
