As human beings, even though we know that some things are bound to happen, we’re not always willing to accept them. Disappointment is one of life’s most uncomfortable feelings.
Every time we are disappointed, we feel overwhelmed by our emotions. We might withdraw, blame others or just wallow in self pity.
Disappointment is a part of life, but all parts of life can help us grow. We need to learn to practice acceptance, be aware of our negative emotions and work through the process, thereby living healthy lives.
