I know as a trucker for 40+ years it’s also about getting product to people who need them, I always remember getting to a grocery store (big chain in the northeast) and a woman who came up to me to thank me, the one and only time someone thanked me for doing what I did !! That’s why I also drove in a snowstorm, because some people really need supplies ! If it got to dangerous than I would pull over and wait till it got better, I never jack knived in my 40 years or wreck so I guess I did okay !
