Sir is herniation and extrusion the same thing? I have disc extrusion and protrusion in two different levels(l4-l5 and l5-s1 accordingly). Every doctor i met said it needs surgery. But I don’t feel the shocking pain. I don’t know if its chronic or acute. Please help me to cope with that situation. I am only 18 and this thing has started to annoy me as I didn’t even think of myself to be in such situation in such an early age

This person is taking 600 rupees as consultation fees for talking 2 minutes and after that he sends few video links which are already available online. He does not know how to read MRI report . In fact he never reads the MRI report of the patient. When he speaks in the video, he appears very nice, but it is actually his business and he is not an expert at all. Waste of 600 rs. He insists to sell his products to the patient also. I wasted 600 rs . Every 2 minutes he takes 600. Just imagine how much he is earning befooling the patient everyday.

Let me add one more point I am facing issues of back leg pain since last 5mo and mri xray all said its because of disc bulge or listhesis but there is one more issue of sacrolitis and dr’s easily don’t see that & give wrong treatment.

Sir, once stenosis happens due to narrowing of canal. Is it possible that it will heal automatically or surgery is the only solution to remove the generated disc out from the canal. Can you please have a video on this.

My spine surgeon, who is Mbbs, ms ortho, fnb spine surgery, AO fellow, fellowship in spine surgery from South korea, Japan, usa told me to do 50 times extension exercise and 25 times flexion exercise for chronic disc bulge ( according to symptoms u mentioned) , and i am fine now, i followed yours and other crappy physiotherapist advise and my pain increased, thank god i consulted a spine surgeon. I dont know why physiotherapist call themselves as doctor, people who couldn't clear neet become physiotherapist, do you know amount of hard work and time it takes to become a doctor.
