Only reason I haven't bought a Honey yet is that I'm 17, and my mom gets pissed because she thinks I've got and bought too many discs. C'mon mom, I've only bought 5 discs this year, of which four haven't turned up 'cause the package got lost. Soon turning 18 though; then it's time to crash my economy😂
Always made me laugh when there was some comment on TV about Golfers complaining about some course condition they were playing... ALL THE OTHER PLAYERS have the same condition... so GET OVER IT. Same with Disc Golf (for the physical condition... Weather of course is a different thing.. specially here in Wellington NZ, where if you don't like the weather... wait a minute) There's a hole on a course about 40k from here... I just can't do.. (I'm happy if I can get Par)... It's 10m to a path that is about 1m uphill... then about 40m down 1m to trees, then another 40m through the trees to a basket slightly right of the trees with a loose stone wall on the right through the trees... Its trees, stones, roots and mud on that last 40.. but I can't even make it the 1st 10 without hitting the rise or the tree branch across the rise... But... That's me.. Others can get there and even easily Bird it... so although I hate it... I like it, because it's a challenge.. not some 250 ft basket in an open field with barely an OB road 100m off one side that only Noobs and bad wind bring to the table. As long as it's not a course designed to steal your discs (deep water, thick blackberry) then I'm happy... (Took 3 attempts and a 4.5hr stint to recover my Rive from Blackberry last week.)
Just sayin, the DD Judge is the Banger GT's younger brother. Too bad he only comes in trash plastic. Would do anything to get rid of that dumb GT flight plate design. In my hand it's just uncomfortable
You say a bunch of dumb shit about discs on this channel (which I highly enjoy) but I 100% agree on additional obstacles on courses. Why not have a little fun with it?
