Jason Burdge - hey thank you for watching and commenting! so with discharge inks- the inks are so thin- they do not pick up to much on the back of the screens- so we wouldn’t have to wipe them down after printing a bunch- but even with plastisol- if you use a high mesh count- with good tension in your screens- you don’t have to clean the backs off all the time...but then again it really depends on the design too! I shot some footage of prints we did with plastisol like that- let me see if I can put it together in a video for you. Thanks again for watching and commenting!

Foreignmustard hey man- I would just try the ranar to see- just try to run the shirt through real slow- ...when we had an entry level vastex- I set a box fan at the opening of the conveyor and let it blow air into the chamber to help “force” the air to help the discharge activate...

It sounds like the discharge did not cure all the way... try slowing your dryer down a little more to keep the shirt in the dryer a little longer...brown spots for us on discharge usually means the ink didn't discharge because the shirts wasn't in the dryer long enough.

full discharge will be possible only in 100% cotton garments. If you have a 20% poly and 80% cotton, the most discharge you'll have will be 80%.

For large orders- we just arrange them on the conveyor as much as we can to fit as many as we can- and pace our selves- in our shop we tell our customers there is a two week turn around time from the day they place their order- or we can knock it out in a week for a rush fee-

For Large Number You need to make a bundle of some layers of fabrics and esteem them. Let me know

Haha yes they are the ones on the website. But i am pretty sure i have seen DIY plans to build a mini one like you said- which would fit in a corner...

No- discharge will not fade away if you do it correctly- the ink replaces the dye in the fabric- so your basically bleaching out the color of the shirt and replacing it with the color of ink.
