Everybody wants a great body and most people will excercise and discipline themselves on what they eat ...but nobody works on the inside eg changing their character .Staying commited in relationships ..love ..respect.. be kind ...be caring .I want to be disciplined in every area of my life not just one ....we put so much emphasis on the body and never the soul .

Discipline is the key. Everything else is a lie.

Remember everyone. You do one day of 100 push-ups and look at yourself in the mirror, you won’t see anything, but do 20 push-ups for 3 months, and you’ll be amazed. You buy your partner a mansion, then 2 years later buy them a Maybach...but don’t talk to them much, and they’ll say they don’t love you much. But talk to your partner, every second to minute of the day think about and do things that makes them happier, even just the tinies things like speaking softly and kindly and cutting out the tiniest hostile-sarcastic phrases, or asking your partner what they want to do or what they want every now-and-then, and you won’t even have to buy them a scooter for them to say that they love you more than anyone.

It’s been so hard for me to commit to my fitness diet and routine. It’s not easy, but I’m still fighting for what I want. I want to change my mind, body and life. This is for me, is my choice. I’ve been through many situations where people is, “oh you don’t need diet” “you look good” “c’mon let’s have a cheat day” and I’m tired of saying yes instead of no. No, because this is what I want and I deserve it. Many people may not understand but I do. Today I’m starting again.... battling with being alone, anxiety and binge eating. Today is another day and I’m grateful for that. I’m facing this fear and conquer it. I know I can do it.

DISCIPLINE is the root of all great qualities.

I will tell you in simple sentence, the key to success is having one idea and leaving all other ideas aside.

You're afraid of taking a psychedelic, you're afraid of meditation, you're afraid of this, you're afraid of that, you're afraid of going back to school, you're afraid of getting into this relationship, you're afraid of talking to that girl, you're afraid of confessing your feelings to that guy. You see the problem? Life needs to be lived bold. If I live life bold I might die, it might be dangerous and risky. Yes that's life. Fearlessness doesn't really mean that you never experience the feeling of fear. Fearlessness means more so that you experience the fear but you don't succumb to it. You don't let it de-spirit you. You don't let it change your decision. So like for example when I started my first business I was scared to start it. It was risky, it was dangerous and yet despite that I started it anyways, that's what counts as fearlessness. See when you see some cute girl at the grocery store and you want to go talk to her it's okay if you have fear but you push yourself to go talk to her anyways. That's still fearlessness. What's true fearfulness is when you have that fear but then you say oh well then i shouldn't go talk to her at all. That's when you succumb to your fear and in that situation that's when your life starts to go downhill so there you go, that's one of the keys to life.

Discipline is Consistency evolved to its highest form. It is the beginning of the peak of success. Let's be clear, establishing discipline is one of the most difficult things you ever will do. You must deny yourself things that you previously loved. It's a literal sacrifice. But once you've reached that point... a disciplined person is on the fast track to tremendous success in life.

I don't know if you realize this, but did you know you have a couple spelling errors? You had a lot of listening and typing to do, so I can only image how easy spelling errors would be! Especially since your program probably didn't point them out to you. At any rate, I decided to let you know incase you wanted to fix them. Who knows, maybe more people will take a look if it is free from error?? At :20 you have promesses instead of promises. At 2:22 you have expiriences instead of experiences. 2:49 you have coocking instead of cooking. Thanks again for taking the time to make this video! Everyone has New Year's resolutions. You can see that in any gym across the country. The Monday after New Year's the gyms are packed for a week. The next week a little less so. By February the gyms are back to their baseline. I don't believe in New Year's resolutions. The week after New Year's is when I take off. My resolutions are ongoing. If you need to tweak one of the planes in your life then why wait until a birthday or specific holiday or the start of a new year? Self improvement and discipline should be ongoing. Discipline is a habit--it can be formed if you don't have it. The neuro program that one trains himself in is the habit. Habit of depression. Habit of laziness. Habit of not going to the gym when you should. I tell my subscribers that it starts with the mind and the mind then transfers to the rest. Program to be consistent in exercise. In clean diet. In daily meditative work for a few minutes. In controlling anger and rejecting anxiety and depression. In advancement in your career or finding a way to promote yourself.
