It really comes down to having an honest conversation about what DD is and why you think it would benefit your relationship, then give her resources to learn more and some time to take in all the information, have a follow up conversation and if she’s agreed then proceed with a few basic boundaries and discuss consequences. You know your wife best so just take that into consideration with how you bring up the topic and the language you use so she will be more receptive.
