31:20... and thats the best non-motivational, motivational talk about discipline I've ever heard. You're changing our lives and keeping us entertained daily. FOOOOO the GOAT
THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO!! I know I hate when people ask for everything for free. There’s no price on knowledge and learning more! I’d pay anything if it were to get an edge or learn more in any field!!
Fouad...thank you sir very much!! You took and take the time..your time to do this for us for Free...very much respect and very much appreciated sir!! I think my Bloodshot is on my front porch!! Chest night then New York Strip steaks for supper!! As always...thank you again!!!
You’re putting in so much work putting out content and growing your brands and also focusing on bodybuilding as well, don’t forget to keep your mental health in check Fouad. The fans will always be here, take time for yourself and your wife.
Fouad Abiad lmao I remember Luke just laughing at the way you said “ not for the house” 😂 Can’t wait to see you step on stage, i haven’t seen you compete since I started following you so it’s exciting for you after all the tears and business ventures
please for international delivery if you can use another service besides usps , even if it cost more , or have the option for fedex o ups , because usps sometimes lost or delays shps
Sorry we can not choose carriers. They all work for us and have to be used when available. We have shipping insurance on our site for very little money $1-$2 and your package is covered.
Hey Fouad in between trying to start a successful business and YT channel and preparing for your next pro show and remodeling your house and keeping the wife happy and all the other stuff we don’t know about can you write me out a detail diet exact food and calories I should be eating for my next bulk phase oh I’m starting Monday thanks buddy 🤦🏻... some people
These q&s, along with the podcasts, are full of knowledge. Like you said people pay pros to learn this kind of info, thanks Fouad 🙏 please don't slow it down
Most who ask they are not serious about the game or they’ll have more than a RU-vid channel to ask questions too. As much info that’s old old like 80s and up is cheap and all readable. My first book before going into a natural pro state of mind was sliced written in the 80s. It’s just a lot of free info to learn from before asking questions learn first then ask if stuck or maxed advancement
These Q&As are my absolute favorite! I never want them to end. Thank you Fouad for another great video. I love and appreciate everything you do for us!!!
Great info Fouad! People should learn that experience and proven methods are valuable. That’s your body, your time and your risk. You pay, you can access it. Keep up the good work.
Your not going to NOT build muscle. Now this was brilliant. I never looked at it this way. Like I did in my mind but not out loud. This was great to have You point this out. It's way over thought about. People are making training so complicated these days. Training is easy! If the training is hard you definitely need to put the weight down. It shouldn't even enter your mind if you love training and it adds to the quality of your life. Even if your always sore. Thats part of it right? The hard part in my opinion is the diet. Diet is what almost separates bodybuilding from powerlifting at times. I struggle with diet. Maintaining size is easy. Im 5'8 255lbs on 3000 calories right now. I need to change that. If I can. I'm probably like 25% body fat at the moment. It's easy to eat 6000 calories everyday. But eating all clean while foods day in day out. Now that's the fukin hard part. That's what I hate 😂 Oh and yeah FOOK cardio too 😂. ✌️👊
Fouad, I seriously aspire to be on your level one day. I'm not just talking about bodybuilding, I'm also talking about your mental strength. It's absolutely incredible. I'm a pretty disciplined person, I forced myself to be and that's how I lost 86 lbs, but I want to keep getting better overall everyday. Your videos help with that tremendously, and they are great reminders to keep me going. You are a legend Mr. Abiad. Thank you for helping all of us get through our own personal journeys.
Great news about the EU warehouse bro. Can’t wait to try your supplements. I started to follow your channel back when you can Luke started the podcasts. Great work on how you have evolved it and seems to be getting better and better.
FA - love the Motivation Rant ..... perfect .... if you are going to build a house that will be solid and stand the test of time , then you have to put in the work , integrity and tireless effort to continually inspect each stage of the building .... you have to embrace and love the grind .... cuz that is all that it seems to be each and everyday ... day in and day out ... Grind ...... through all of it i have come to appreciate and look forward to the personal inner satisfaction .... what you give yourself , and how you invest in yourself - cannot be taken away by anyone ... it is yours .... that should be motivation enough ... enjoying your content more and more each time i catch another episode -
Dude you definitely “do enough”. Been watching your content since you were at about 20k subscribers. I have learned more from you in a few years than I did the rest of my life about bodybuilding and nutrition. Thanks Hoss, can’t wait to see you compete again. Good luck and much love!
The last question...yea, that was a long ass answer LoL but that's one of the main reasons I like watching ur stuff bc it's obvious ur passionate about the subject matter
It would be really cool to hear some old competing story’s with Dusty and Ron Plus everyone’s father Cent is prepping, finally some shits going on in our world
100% on the motivation topic, I was one of those guys looking for a “secret” to getting bigger or being motivated, it’s absolute you vs. you and discipline is key in my opinion! Thanks for all time you put into your work fouad and the RU-vid channel!
I would love to hear a video on if you could go back to when you first started bodybuilding what you would do different and what you would do the same.
If you don't mind I'm going to share my experience as I'm as well in a deficit. They are not interchangeable at all at a performance level because of the type of carbohydrate. This is also the main reason I'm not doing fasted cardio anymore. I do however add the cauliflower rice to increase the total amount of food volume and I cook it with onion and garlic to enhance its flavor. Before training I eat about 100 grams of rice in cooked weight and the rest of the meals about 50 grams with exception of the 6th. But that is how I like the structure my current diet. If you do worry about calories that come from carbs my advice is to watch Fouad his vídeo regarding carb cycling and then implement that within the range of calories you are able and willing to consume. Hopefully this has helped a little bit. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-VfpbzfMlcs0.html
I don’t think our bodies use the carbs from vegetables the same way as the carbs from starches. I don’t think it’s equivalent performance wise as stated above.
@@hosstilesupps will buy bloodshoot and the pre-workout for sure. Aint no pre-workout on the EU market that has this amount of ingredients per scoop even half a scoop.
Really really love the Q and A , B started off thinking sometimes you were a little harsh, now I get it. You were not being hard , I was being SOFT. It is just a little tough love to remind us..... no magic pill or drug, no special motivation. Just work hard and eat right. Remember why you started lifting for your motivation and love your workouts! Otherwise why are you even going to the gym? Thanks again Fouad, keep em coming!
I never coddle or baby anyone who asks me a question. Its never to be rude but its straight to the point of what needs to be done. Thanks for watching!
Just bought the e-book, been dubbing around without a goal. Do i bulk or cut, never seen my physique with much detail so i decided to support my fav bodybuilder and get the best info.
Shocks me how many people want you to give them information that you paid thousands of dollars for and spent years testing in the trenches for free. Bought the book.
I have a commitment on the weekend that is preventing me from going to the gym. Is it better to train all 5 week days, and take my two days off on the weekend? Or should I take my normally scheduled days off and forget about training for the weekend?
