I loved Chloe Narcisse since childhood. Such a powerful one for an edt.

Dior Midnight Poison, Mugler Angel Muse, CK2- are discontinued gems that immediately pop to mind. Love, Chloe was my signature, replaced couple yrs later by Nirvana Black. The anxiety of knowing I can’t easily replace these once my bottles are empty… 🥺.

I love Nirvana amethyst in the fall. I don’t understand why I like it but I do!

My absolute favorite everyday Signature scent is Si Fiori I wear it to work everyday, I have 6 bottles...lol

My all time favorite that was discontinued years and years ago was Christian Dior Tendre Poison. Some say Cabotine or Rasassi Romance smell similar but nothing can compare. Miss is so much

All time favorite - Gem by Van Cleef and Arpels. I worked with an elegant lady back in the late 80s who smelled absolutely beautiful. It was my first real job and I was very shy, but I finally got the nerve to ask for the name of the perfume. A few years later I was able to afford a bottle. I had to call Sak’s in NYC to purchase the perfume because I lived in a small rural town in the south. It was such a grown up and luxurious experience. Opulent perfumes were beginning to go out of style by the mid 90s, so I eventually GAVE AWAY THE PERFUME! Gem was discontinued shortly thereafter and is nearly impossible to find. I LOVE both of those Nirvana fragrances you mentioned. Especially for wearing late fall and winter. As soon as I discovered Nirvana Bourbon it was shortly discontinued thereafter. So sad! I'm always on the hunt to get bottles of those.

Chloe Narcisse was the first proper perfume I bought for myself in my late teens…(followed by Samsara!) I loved it and loved the bottle. I remember it so vividly. But I’m not sure I’d wear it now. I’d love another bottle of Tom ford Noir pour Femme (have half left) original Stella, and Gucci Envy.

Tf pour femme is one of the very few backup bottles I have. There is nothing like it and it’s so cozy. I’ve yet to try the other noir tf frags but there is NO WAY they will be as good as pour femme.

You can find a lot of these online at Fragrancenet or Fragrancenet. You have to check quite often as they go in and out of stock. Most are tester bottles but who cares. Others I can find on Amazon or eBay or Mercari but the prices do tend to be higher. They discontinued Estée Lauder Sensuous and that was a true love of mine. I found some bottles on base so I snatched them up.

I had so many minis of Chloe Narcisse as a kid too! I've gone through multiple bottles as an adult and now have only half a bottle left. I hadn't realized it was getting discontinued until it was too late and prices were already very high. After being a cheapie my whole life, I can't bring myself to pay these prices!

I'm still not over Lush discontinuing Rentless, so glad that I was able to pick up a big bottle before they were gone, but I dread the day on which I'll have to find a replacement for it :/

Aramis Calligraphy Rose is an amazing resinous rose scent, sadly discontinued.

Hello Tara, I wanted to get the Noir Pour Femme but couldn't find it so am trying out the 'male' version with Noir Extreme. I have been seeing a lot of 'discontinued' Tom Ford fragrances coming back and I wonder what kind of reformulation mess has been done to them. At that price point they should be making them better instead of worse. - Jenn

Chloe Narcisse was the fragrance I wore in the mid 90s.. but I had to retire it when the relationship I was in, ended... just couldn't bear to associate it with him

I am so sad that Lavandes Trianon and Si Le Parfum are discontinued. Such great fragrances.

Perfums are a expensive hobby, im always looking for another good perfum greetings from the Netherlands

Mugler: Hot Cologne and the Cologne. Then Sula by Susanne Lang, no longer exists, but Stiletto Musk was my favorite perfume, period.

I'm still upset about the TF Pour Femme order that was canceled on me last year. It was just as it started disappearing and by the time they let me know it was too late to find another one for a normal price.

My biggest flex is that I have a full bottle of Dancing Roses ahaha…and a travel size 🍒🥃

Hi Tara! I pine over many discontinued Guerlains. Unfortunately the Paris boutique with its fountains is no more since Guerlain was sold to a large company (cannot remember which). Now Champs Elysees it’s a generic boutique with make up and the same perfumes you can get everywhere else. So no way to get these perfumes any longer. I have a feeling that their uniqueness will go out the window after this change of hands- I hope I am wrong. I did love the release of MVP Shalimar last year but they are killing the Allegorias with the musk overload.

Hi Tara! I live in Italy milan and it seems that in europe it’s not so difficult to find it

I’ve only been a fraghead for like a year and a half, so l love fewer discontinued fragrances than folks who have loved perfume for much longer. I generally try to resist the urge to sample fragrances that I know are discontinued, hard to find and expensive, but I’ve still managed to fall in love with plenty of frags that are no longer in production. I’ve heard that Prada Infusion d’Amande is discontinued which makes me super sad because it’s in my top 5. My favorite cheapie, Elizabeth Arden 5th Avenue Royale is discontinued but luckily still very inexpensive. I also love Zara MSK 004/ NTL which is a lovely one by Nathalie Lorson that got the axe. I am a bit confused about whether Guerlain Mon Precieux Nectar is still discontinued? Either way I love it and it’s HTF and wildly expensive when you can find it. RIP to SJP Stash and Lolita Lempicka Au Masculin. I’ve heard that the OG Narciso EDP is discontinued 😫. I really want to find bottles of Vivienne Westwood Boudoir as well as Ginestet Botyritis.
