I wish you could make a video that lasts an hour. You can end the meditation after 10 mins, but just leave the music on. Just when I’m about to fall asleep, an ad at the end comes on and I have to turn it off. You’re great, thank you ❤

Been really sick with a sinus infection after a very difficult move (following being displaced due to a sewage flood in our last apartment). It’s been 18 days I haven’t been physically well. To be able to sit in a bath, for the first time, in our new home and finally meditate again it was beautiful and perfect to start with this one
Love is the only agenda! It always has been and always will be. Life is Love, manifested in the form it's in! I was crying with so much relief and still feel it. Everything is Love; transformation, harmony and beingness. Love is ultimate understanding and compassion. Love is all there really is, once we let go of illusions that is Mind.
I am very much in love with doing great meditation everyday because It has help me in so many ways that I can't explain it but it is a very good way to get your self-esteem,anxiety,and greatfulness under control so this is so important to do as a adult and living a well life for yourself also others.
