Travel off the beaten path in Japan and discover a different side of Japan :) Tottori Prefecture is a hidden gem of Japan and it's also one of my top 3 favourite prefectures.
English website for more information of all the places I went to: www.tottori-tour.jp/en/
You can get to Tottori easily via direct flights from Tokyo(Haneda or Narita Airport), direct buses depart from all over Japan's major cities and of course you can take the limited express train (Super Hakuta) from many areas such as Kyoto and Osaka.
Thank you to Tottori Prefecture for inviting me to come and experience your beautiful prefecture!
Join me on Patreon for bonus videos, live streams and much more! ☺

Your perspective is one of a kind, and you offer something to us that is very very valuable. I watch your videos not only to learn about a beautiful country, but also to simply relax and enjoy the sights and sounds. I am especially grateful that you are sharing places that are off the beaten path, because I don't think I would ever have learned about this side of Japan. So, my feedback is to keep doing what you are doing, and continue to show us the places that really speak to you, as this place obviously did :)

I really love this series and I'm so glad I subscribed! When I took my first trip to Japan at the beginning of the year, apparently I ended up going out to more places than any of my friends who live there lol. I visited Toyooka while I was there and while I was mainly in onsen towns and public places, being closer to nature challenged me to try and go further out next time. I'm so bad at learning other languages so my communication is pretty poor outside of basic important travel phrases, but honestly just observing the way of life from afar is good enough on its own to make me want to go off on my own.
