Hi Hilawie! Thank you very much for your comment :) We are happy you liked our video and glad to see that Kassaye's story is traveling the world! Would love to go to Ethiopia. Enjoy your day!
hilawie hawaz perhaps the explanation should have been done after they had their meal before it got cold. Plus it is not our culture be engaged in a long conversation in the middle of a meal. Conversation is always after a meal.
@@pragmatistyouth1774 thank you for your comment! Indeed it gets complicated to talk, eat and film at the same time :). So we always go back to truly enjoy the delicious food!
Good Job to Ethiopian brother. That was great explanation. I'm proud of you. I love when our Ethiopian restaurants have somebody who will explain and introduce the food and the culture. Thank You for sharing this guys. I hop you guys enjoyed it.
Thank you so much for your comment!! We loved it the food, and Kassaye is amazing, we really liked his story about Ethiopia, getting to know the culture a little better through his perspective. Hopefully we can go there soon!! Best wishes
The guy di a great job explaining about the Ethiopian culture and all however I can't help but think what kind of "TEJ" that is hehe I have never seen a TEJ like that before lol
No lie. I enjoyed this place but I haven't been in a few years. It was the first Ethiopian restaurant that I had ever been to and I ate the doro watt. It was delicious and I was a fan of Ethiopian food after that. Ate there a few times for the buffet and zil zil tibs. So good!
I was once in Austin for a day and this guy , the one who is on the video is the most humble person I ever encountered. He made our day great ! They cheap and got most authentic food .
@@ai_boy1220 yes!!! Kassaye is wonderful :) and his mother, Aster, sometimes is at the restaurant too is fenomenal. Glad you enjoyed it and found our video. Hope you can make it to Austin soon :)
Hahaha indeed! So hard to make the interview and wait to eat the food :(. What do you think it should be better, first eating and then asking our chef questions? Thanks for your comment!
You didn’t really eat the food, I enjoy seeing people enjoying the food... it was too much talking next time first try the food and talk about it after
Thank you Sandra for your comment, indeed we took so long to eat the food :). We want to share the experience of the chef and why did he decided to became one, but this is great feedback! Happy new year!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, this was our first video ever, and really a hobby, then Covid happened and we couldn't continue. Hopefully we can continue soon and get better with editing :D Any tips appreciated
Garage is south of addis ababa not west. There are many customs and traditions in Ethiopia and in a lot of them it is due to the sanitary reasons why the left is deemed your dirty hands. Also there are many peoples and Tribes who have no idea who st. John is.
Thank you for your comment Milka, and for watching our episode. Kassaye explained that on minute 11:30, and that mostly pork is eaten by the European community that lives in Ethiopia :)
It’s completely wrong who told you the majority Christian is in Ethiopia we have to have the history buddy that’s the Muslim and Christian country not only Christian. You have to be careful when you talk on in the media .
Hi Disse, thank you for your comment. The comment was very related to the questions of eating only with the right hand. You are right, there is a similar amount of Christians and Muslims in Ethiopia, but the question was cultural not religious. We care and love all people without looking at their personal beliefs, we only care they are good and kind people
I am hungry watching this .stop talking let's dig!!!! I am glad he didn't miss her mouth stick in her nose or his nose...the only thing i don't like the culture feeding each other it's gross
