Beautiful home. They were able to do a lot in a small amount of area. The windows were the highlight to me making every room seem much larger. I loved the windows in that front stairwell. Also liked the way there stairway downstairs was hidden behind the breakfast bar area. Kind of fun
Unique exterior, modern day Tudor is correct, great eye, Sierra. The floors are the first thing that stand out to me, then the interior size, deceiving from the outside. Serious luxury, the living space/fireplace is my favorite spot.🥰👍🏽✌🏽

This construction is wonderful, the developers use every available inch in a brilliant way, I have the impression that comfort was before everything and that everything is gravitating towards this, the different levels that it handles make it even more pleasant to live in and even they provide, together with the transparent glass, the sensation of greater space, the latter also providing greater general lighting. All this is ideal for the dimensions that are handled, by using various materials and a varied color scheme varied with a warm-earth theme, is promoted even more comfort, and especially for the eyes, I think the use of dark colors in the backyard is a great success, since the light reflected in clear colors can be something not so comfortable, in brief, the balance achieved in this house makes it a real, very livable home, leaving sustainability and your brilliant presentation, as the icing on the cake for a unique place. 👍
They really did a great job at utilizing every inch of this home. It's great for relaxing or entertaining guests and it's located near plenty of attractions!
that entrance area(door and windows) has so much character. i normally don’t like windows and prefer a darker, dim indoor space, but the way they’re utilized on this property is so good. not sure if i’d ever like large windows in my washroom, but it looks nice here. just a really cool house overall, though! also, you look like a fancy tennis player in this video 💁🏻♀️ lol 🫶

The home from outside looks wonderful with that lemon tree and the lady cutting one lemon from it. Is not my home style, but it has very nice features and details, the floors, the stairs, the colors of the walls and doors, the natural light is a plus for what's coming, I LOVE NATURAL LIGHT, the mirrors in the bathrooms are fantastic, the views you have of the street and L.A., the closets have a lot of space, the living area is wonderful, the kitchen with the Cafe Mocha marble add a nice touch to the space, the office is not for me because it feels so small without the amazing windows that the house has in other places, the natural grass is always nice, the covered area is perfect, close to the outer area with the grill and the pool (I wish the pool was bigger), but I suppose the sloping terrain had something to do with the size and location of the pool, the features of the pool are important nowadays. The Spinning Top = INCEPTION comes to mind immediately, and it's always nice that you talk about movies the way you do, by the way your visit to BOARDNER'S was a PLUS to this video, I hope you enjoyed your drink. Hi. Whole house is super great expecially big windows and beautiful bathrooms .Also my favourite 6 cars garage because iam car enthusiast. Last nut not least u are so beautiful and fun to be around.
First; what's with you in placing your shades inside a big closet? Never mind, I don't wanna know. 😀 This property is amazing. I really like the kitchen; nicely and tastefully laid out. Not so much a fan of the dark stone, but I could definitely live with it. The primary bedroom and bathroom ...wow! Overall I can't think of much in way of what I might change other than those dark marble places. The laundry is nice too. And yes, I do like LG. Oh, I will say that I am not a fan of that microwave. I think it's too high up for placing things in and out of it. Unless that front somehow auto folds down. You're like what, 5'7" and it looks to be too high for you to take out hot dishes. So either lower the microwave unit or get a traditional side door opening one. The outdoor space was pretty good also. Ummm ....was there a garage? I recall you mention outdoor driveway space, but I don't recall a garage. So ....4 million, eh? I'll offer 3.75 million and see what comes back. 😄 Find a 2 bedroom + den condo version of this house and let me know when it posts! ;) Ciao for now SS.
Thank you for the feedback, as always! I will say that although the stone was dark, it's pretty bright inside so it doesn't feel cramped with the dark stone. There wasn't an official garage, but there was plenty of parking and an automatic Gare for added security.
Really nice property. As usual, I love the outdoor hangout/grill area. Only nit pick...for a $4m property I would expect automatic shades, not manual haha.

It's very housy :) with the brick modern tudor style. Should appeal to some as it stands out and is more historically grounded. There used to be a tudor house there but not nearly as nice. Almost exactly 100 years older. They should list the house when you make a video about it. It doesn't seem to be listed. Unless it already sold.
