Can you also make an Introduction how to combine Ichiju Sansai meals? What is autentic tradisjonal Japanese Ichiju Sansai? what is recommended with diffrent flavours? What meals do you use green tea (or japanese teas) in general? As i understand it a little, Rice bowl + Miso Soup (of your liking) + hot meal (with souce or fried) + pickles + vegs? I dont know how strict Japenese culture is with recipes to be followed correctly etc (like italiens)
Kimchi, tuna salad from chickpeas (sorry, more chickpeas), get those vegan crispy chicken burgers and slice them up, mushrooms blanched with soy sauce, green asparagus, tomago (Japanese egg), tempeh, tofu, don't even get me started on roasted aubergine 🤩. There's endless possibilities!!
That's Uni/Sea Urchin ❤ Good to make Uni creamy sauce with Tobiko (tiny fish roe) then mixed in Spaghetti pasta. Make roll into individual serving/balls of pasta and top each roll pasta with seared scallop, Ikura (big fish roe) & shredded nori 👍
