Discovering Koh Sichang Part 1 In this vlog I visit the impressive Chinese Temple and former royal palace. In terms of places to visit Koh Sichang surprisingly as a lot more to offer than I first anticipated.
Fair play to you Nick ,losing your voice but still making the effort to show us Koh Sichang ..Can you imagine little nic losing his voice just as someone passed him the Mic ...I can hear the cheers (tfft)echoing from here in dear oh blighty 😂
Hi Nick ha I got woke up at stupid a clock by chickens in ubon rachachani a few years ago, this looks a gem of a place to visit nick I would enjoy this a complete contrast from pattaya. I hope you regain your voice very soon im sure you have lozenges to help. Enjoy the rest from it all.
been going to thailand for many years now nick.mostly pattaya and bangkok..but now i think it time to start going to places like this.. a good old irish whiskey will your voice back to normal again nick....
What a great idea get away from the mayhem for a few days recharge the liver. I will be pattaya for 6 weeks over Xmas and that looks ideal to remain sane with or without company. Thanks for the heads up.
Hi NDTVi, it seems to me as if you could have had a mild strain of the corona virus back then!!!!....thats amazing!!! ...astonishing actually....wow...Anyway beautiful island and I would love to go there. How did you get there from Pattaya?
Yes mate I've been using it for days. I'm not sick at all and feel great just bloody frustrating trying to speak. This has never happened to me before. 😢
Such a great choice for enjoying getting away and relaxing~ beautiful scenery But it’s a pity about no bars and so many steps ~ but will benefit your fitness level overall ~ detox Trust you’ve found a remedy by now to get your voice back Best Wishes 👍
Nick, Here's GPS Coordinates of the place I ate there last time. Pretty decent food at very reasonable prices (40B for a can of Leo 👍) 13.158024, 100.809567
I feel your pain bud. Those stairs where a bitch but the view and temple was definitely worth it. Great vid, you've made me want to go back and do some more exploring as only went for a day trip first time.
Interesting video. At 4: 04 you walked right by a large map of the island - it would have been helpful to stop and take some footage of the map. Do a bit of 'You Are Here' and maybe point out a few places that you have been or would like to explore while you are on the island. Otherwise - there is a useful information presented. Good on you.
The Thai government has some decent beaches that they reserve for the armed forces to chill out in which the Thais seem to know where they are and can pay to enter for the day. Still love Koh Larn for the day in the Pattaya area.Crystal clear water not like the poo brown water of Pattaya! Get well soon mate!
Great Video its a place i hope to visit some time. Sorry your sick maybe time to see a Doctor get some ant biotics. That's if its been caused by air con which often happens to me. I use fan in a room and only turn the aircon when its extremely hot.👍
1st off, No need to apologise thank you for showing us around, next thing you can no longer trust the trip adviser for how good meals are, or even accommodation as they take payments to give better reviews via their new "Paid premium subscription services for Hotels and Restaurants", That in itself says it all
I think you have been overdoing it with fireballs mate🤔😂😂😂😂😂but What a beautiful place I'm surprised it doesn't get a lot of tourist on a day out. I'm a atheist but I don't criticize who are religious but I will critize extremism.
I have been taking honey. Strangest thing is I'm not sick I've just lost my voice so I sound worse than I feel. Much better today I still sound rough but can finally speak without croaking.
Sounds like you have damaged your vocal chords. Only real remedy is to not talk AT ALL for up to a week. DON’T try and whisper instead, that’s just as damaging as shouting. Complete rest of vocal chords for as long as you can. Frustrating but should fix it. Oh and if you can bear it, gargling warm salt water will help
I think you're right. I woke up last Saturday morning having a, coughing fit because I fell asleep with the AC on my throat was dry as hell. A few hours later I couldn't talk.
