Claudio came to visit me in Croatia so we got out to throw together and record our practice. I haven't thrown in over a year and it has been a few weeks for Claudio also so we're a bit rusty 😅. Nice easy practice today just working on some positions and feelings. we will be back soon with another video!
also I wore a Lav mic today so the audio is a bit strange but next practice I will throw a mic on Claudio also to hopefully capture everything a bit better. hope you enjoy the video and thanks for watching

Glad your back! It looked like the reason you kept hitting the cage was because your right foot was getting 'stuck' out of the back and your left turning into your right early because of that.

You should really consider being a full time coach . You have the ability to teach , passion for the sport, and have overcome enough challenges to help others avoid problems. God chose your profession before you did.
