At 1:49 by saying 我是昨天坐火车来的 it seems that we are emphasizing both the time and the manner. I suppose that if we only want to stress the manner, we could move 昨天 in front of 是 or 我 and say: 我昨天是坐火车来的 or 昨天我是坐火车来的

Can you please teach 不得不 (bùdébù) and 只好 (zhǐhǎo)

Thanks for this useful lesson! but I think at the time 3:23 the English translation is not correct: 我不是昨天坐火车来的（ I did not take the train yesterday)

Hi there, our translation is correct, the 'in' is there because the Chinese contains 来，come。 Perhaps an optimum translation would be 'I didn't come in by train yesterday".

please use the words in english in "chinese" mode, not in correct english grammar. everything else about this presentation is perfect otherwise! even the traditional and simplified together like nobody else does on youtube. 谢谢！
