My favorite part about this is that your server goes from hosting an organized event to normal gta online instantly once you either win or lose

It's hilariously entertaining when Alex gets away because the hunters are absolutely hopeless at giving directions. "I see him!" "Where?" "There!" "Where are you?" "Right behind him!"

The fact that no one suspected him jumping back into the water so quickly after getting out was amazing.

Fair play to the hunters, they very organized in both chases.

Seemed like to me that circling around back to the storm drain with a supercar is where is ultimately turned for the bad for Alex. The hunters were just arriving there and he was hounded from then on.

I loved the new rule set! Really good for the narrative of the video. Not just an abrupt end, but having to actually make a clean get away. I would love it if this becomes the default for these videos going forward!

STH is the best thing on RU-vid. Listening to the hunter chat after the fact is always hilarious. Thanks to the entire FR crew for making the beginning of every month so entertaining!

You should really equip some rebreathers before STH. They can be crucial for escaping under water.

Alex basically driving on Roomba A.I. during that last chase - turning a new direction each time he hit something or something hit him...

I can't help but think getting taken out while stuck in the car and unable to fight back is a bit of a naff end to what was otherwise a great STH.

I feel Alex would have kept fighting them off at sea but he thought it wouldn't make for an interesting viewer experience. It's on the hunters if they want to keep throwing men into the grinder and call it off. It also would fit with being able to escape by boat, they can't fight you out there

Very satisfying final race - you could hear the frustration from the hunters.

Discussing STH, aka *Alex turns full Commando*

I love how there's one guy trying to use directions and gets low key annoyed with everyone. "He's circling the yacht. Now he's heading toward the pier." "You mean he's heading NORTH toward the pier."

Granted not all the STH's include blowing up Prii's, the fact that any do got me hooked for life. Really helped make this one of my favorite channels.

what if for each pri that alex destroyed that hunter wasn't allowed to take part in the escape the country portion of the hunt? that way alex has even more incentive to take out as many pris as possible

An idea for thought, pick randomly one of the hunters, and that hunter is on your side, he has to help you where he can without the other hunters suspecting him as a mole.

It would be awesome if the hunters recorded their games as well. Cut scenes from them would be epic!

I think it could be a fun idea if there is an impostor among the hunters who just leak info to Alex (via text or a few minutes of hunter voice chat with "accidentally" turned on the mic). The hunters aim also could be the reveal the impostor (maybe it's riskier if this revealing also causes a winning for the hunters).

Please include the map! I like to see the hunter locations rather than hearing their chatter

Honestly, I enjoy the hunts where the hunters win eventually far more than if he gets away. Great format, though!

For the life of me I can't figure out why he doesn't grab a supercar and then immediately change to something more innocuous. The hunters will immediately have their entire focus on supercars alone.

Idea: maybe half way through one of the hunters is a sabotage and only knows when Alex texts them. The catch- Level playing field with firepower.

Should designate a team captain who can be the only one who can talk unless he calls on someone to talk....and the only other reason the others should talk is if they see him. It's so hard to understand what's going on when everyone's talking

I wish Alex tried more variation, and tried more ballsy things like using trucks and planes to spice things up. It's not the winning we watch for, it's just the funny moments

I’m not sure if this would be viable or not, but what about a split screen, “Discussing The Hunt“? Maybe even mix Alex‘s audio to the left, and the player chat on the right, correlated, with which side of the screen they’re on. I guess you’d have to switch between multiple players, depending on who is at the most interesting spot of the map

Maybe you should try scuba gear and just swim to safety @Failrace One strat that has not been used.

If more of the AI drivers would speed off like in GTA3, you could take a shot while hunters are close and (hopefully) send them chasing an AI

Have you ever thought about using FiveM as a way to host these survive the hunt events for you and you guys? Your able to close the server to just you guys, there's no health bars on the players, your able to have your map up and not have to worry about seeing other players or anything, it would literally be the perfect thing for the survive the hint events

I would like to see Alex embrace chaos. Throw sticky bombs on ai cars and let them freak out and run. Or throw them at hunters cars if they are around....maybe proximity mines on walls as he drives past in a chase .....anyway great viewing as always.

With the sniper rifle, a rule could be you can use one but must not tell other hunters and must take a shot. I also would like to see you be a hunter and danger man be hunted that way he could be endangered man🙂

If they got in supercars because of the confusion before the boat chase then I think the loss shouldn't have been counted, because they would've had much more trouble keeping up if they had to switch when they first saw you. 🤔🤔🤔 Also, Alex. Please. Stop trying to confuse the blimp. 😐😂 You literally could've sprinted away but you got caught because you were playing silly buggers! 😂

I'll be honest with you, the end of this round kinda pissed me off. I don't think that was a very fair ending, to have the game basically screw you out of any chance to get away once you were upside down.

I noticed someone else voicing their concern regarding how jetski's are at a major disadvantage if Alex goes for a boat and offered a solution, where they're allowed to drive by from a standstill. I agree and wanted to add some extra clarification for why it's balanced. As seen in the video itself, whilst jetski's cannot do anything to Alex, he can't do much to them either. Their small size allows them to evade lock on missiles, and auto aim's not helping much either. If they become stationary, they trade off this advantage for the ability to take a shot and INSTANTLY move afterwards if they missed, giving them a faster reaction time than a boat. Also, Laddo having his map open again?! /s

that final car chase was epic!

Someone needs to program a FiveM server for this, no “impromptu race” message, automatic taillights when stopped, stuff like that. Shouldn’t be to crazy to do right?

Instead of that m4 or whatever rifle you used, you should have a minigun. I mean, it would help alleviate the poor shooting skills by having a wall of bullets thrown in the general direction of the target

Personally I would have barricaded myself in a hangar and had a shootout and killed every single hunter with weapon advantage and armour and snacks and perhaps a little sneaky BST.

I see there's a lot of confusion among the hunters. Is it part of the game that they don't recognize each other? If not, there could be a rule among the hunters to wear the same shirt maybe? Some bright colored, or neon stuff.

Good hunt, but I miss the map.

I honestly thought that re-watching the whole STH series with the discussion videos would tire me of STH at least a bit, but it didn't. It just made me want it more. And I thought the old ones wouldn't be up to par with the ones from the past few years, but apparently for me, they aged like fine wine. And I've tried watching your copycats, they just don't entice me for some reason. If I don't hear a British, occasionally and minimally awkward sounding guy narrating these I get turned off real quick by the copycats.

Instead of pri’s the challenge should be to C4 chasers 😂

New rule idea: Use a different method to explode each Pri. Example: Pri #1: C4 Pri #2: Grenade Pri #3: Gunfire Pri #4: Park a flaming car next to it, wait for it to *BOOM* Pri #5: Douse it in gasoline, light it.

New idea, Pacifist Survive the Hunt. Neither Alex, nor the hunters, have any weapons. If they get out on foot they have to punch him to death :)

The comet is such a bad idea, up there with using bullet and banshee as a gateway car. Either use a Sultan or stick to the normal car

Two things : 1)"Terrorist Alex" :) Bring him back right at the beginning of a hunt to keep them honest! 2) At the end, even if you're being chased, going any way but towards out of town is giving them more time to gather and converge. Heading mostly straight out would effectively string them out. Well, except for the CLEARLY modded car that kept pace with a comet. Naughty naughty hunter. In any event great fun and one of the best in a fair bit.

For a future video, instead of blowing up Pris, you could try something like shooting off a flare every few hours in-game.

The "no super car" rule for the hunters seems pointless since their own cars are fast enough to keep up anyway

i have an interesting idea for a rule modification. while you need to survive in game time of 24 hours combine that with also needing to destroy a minimum number of Pri's. this doesnt need to be as high as the total number, just like, a number that you have done before but not often to make it a challenge, this way the game can continue but a twist, the number of Pri's you have destroied impacts how strong the hunters are allowed to be at the 24 hour mark for example if you only destory half of the minimum requirement they can use better weapons, if you only miss one of them by the 24 hour mark, they can use any car, and lets say you only blow up one. they can turn the map on, with all of these effects stacking. this way the game wont last for too much longer past 24 hours, but also punishes in the event you spend a long time in the water as currently theres no real punishment besides the sadness in not blowing up a Pri. To make you keep going, destorying more than the minimum requirment before the 24 hour is up makes the hunters then weaker, they have to pick slower cars, lose the blimp, have to share cars, worse weapons some basic ideas for you. This rewards you for revealing your location with destorying the Pri's as not only you can win once 24 is up now, but also you can make the rest of the game easier for you so you dont feel comfortable in never getting another Pri again, you can weigh up the pros and cons of going for one more giving theres always a cost to it, but with this idea now a benefit.

Maybe should try to one where you have to get out to sticky bomb cars make it more challenging
