Between Crane having a meltdown under fire and Chris' "Oh no! He's here!" And the hunters becoming very, VERY self aware of being filmed this has been the funniest discussing yet.

"He's here!" _Gets shot immediately._ It's kind of hilarious to think that if Alex had driven away calmly, he probably would have gotten away with that. Hindsight, of course, but that is up there with my favorite Chris moments.

I love how Chris calls a car in, and it's right next to Alex. I also love how the Futo just about launched off of Alex's face at the end.

this was a really great rules set - slower paced but allowed for more interesting chases, futos just pinging off the car

I love how Amy stated the obvious when someone ran over an AI pedestrian they called "Fatman". I also love the momernt Amy says "It's that moment", just when its clear Alex is passing the car wash - I keep wondering when the filming crew are gonna get bored of cheekily going "At the car wash..." 😆 But the thing I was most hoping for was the reaction of Gliscor being ramped off Alex's avatar's rolling body towards the end of things. Aw well... Maybe another time 😂

When snacking, always go for the meteorite. It fills health much faster than Ps &Qs. Also, if you’re crouched behind something, it will ignore the snacking animations.

Poor Chris... the LIHA doesn't look like an easy place to try and describe parts of. Though if you just encourage him to look around and list off five things he can see that aren't vehicles that may help? (Without progressing to four he can hear etc) And the sheer terror in Crane's voice was something to behold XD

Sometimes the hunters communicate and perform like a tactical SWAT team... Other times it's like listening to the VAR in the spurs Vs Liverpool game

After September's STH, I had a feeling some new rules were about to be introduced for the 'very fast but not quite supercars' cars. And it worked brilliantly.

The lower-powered chases were definitely a lot of fun to watch!

I love these almost as much as the actual Survive the Hunt. The audio of the hunters chaos is absolutely hilarious.

This is the kind of ish that has me addicted to this channel. Never change.

The trouble I think with the tier system is that sometimes Alex is too reluctant / hesitant to go up a tier, but doing so makes for good / entertaining content. Would it be better if it was timed instead? eg - First 8 hours, only the lower tier cars. 2nd 8 hours - aircraft and sports cars unlocked, last 8 hours - supercars unlocked

It was funny how he constantly switched the west with east then realized it when see the sunset :)

It's a good thing that Chris can drive/race, otherwise there might be auditions for another person

I would like to repeat the suggestion: i know not all of the regular crew has PC accounts, but FiveM would make the format of StH pretty much eternal by allowing different traffic pools.

after listening to the hunter's audio, 'The Ballad of the Useless' is a great and very accurate title. Very entertaining, this was.

Gotta say the new rule set made this MUCH more interesting to watch as its kind of annoying that you could miss the blimp and still be in a chase. This is where it takes longer to lose the hunters but they can't immediately spot you again from the sky and I like that.

East and West seem to be difficult concepts. 🤔 I expect nothing less from this team of hunters. haha.

This has to be one of the best Discussing Service the Hunts in quite a while because of the hunter banter. I would totally listen to the entire episode of just hunter chat over Alex's POV. If there would be edits of the hunter's POV that would be the cherry on top.

It'd be fun to see the filming crew blasting around the city in pink priis, and Alex chase and stickybombing them.

As a former editor of the split-screen view, I'd love to join the filming crew for a guest spot, but I only play on PC.

The tier rules are okay, but Alex just doesn't want anyone to ever catch him so he keeps to the lowest tier. How about a rule, you can only swap cars in the same tier once. Your next swap has to go up a tier. Or maybe just straight up time gate the tiers?

I like that the new format allows you to take riskier chances without it resulting in instant death, game over...unless you just got lucky this time lol, but it was hella entertaining.

Love your work, I've been watching since the first lockdown. First ever comment where I am going to pedantically point out that what you call the 'storm drain' is in fact the river. For the first time in my memory it was referred to as the river, and then corrected to storm drain. Los Santos of course being based on Los Angeles, and that is exactly what the LA river looks like. As well, imagine a storm that would need a drain that big!

10:45 why I tend to go for the low powered vehicles when mucking about in Beam... that and generally using keyboard. If you're not racing or doing some kind of challenge it's just annoying. And although this is a race type challenge somewhat, in this situation it sort of changes the landscape a bit, different parts of the road are challenging and an alternate skill set is in play vs that used for employing Blinding Speed without dying.

Take a shot every time the hunters get their cardinal directions wrong

If Alex wants to up the meta, he needs to avoid places that are easy for the hunters to describe. Eg, if he drives through 'square of squares' then everyone knows where he is, but if he's in a very nondescript part of the map, it's much harder for anyone to describe where he is...

Listen, all I'm saying is- if Alex was shooting using mouse and keyboard the dogfight at the end was definitely winnable. Phenomenal STH as ever love the car class system

There is something that could do about the bullet holes in a characters body but I'm pretty sure it won't work for Survive and I only played GTA one Xbox One so I can't talk about the newer version, BUT for anyone who plays and is interested in at least trying it out: Go to your apartment and jump into the shower.

With the slower car chases, its interesting to see how much more cautious they have to be as they don't have a blimp. previously they could be reckless and could afford to crash out as 4 out of 5 times the blimp still had Alex in sight.

Rule proposal: Once someone has died they can join another hunter in a car to be an extra pair of eyes only. They cannot drive and cannot participate in any firefights.

Was definitely a great STH. I'm just shocked none of the Hunters clipped you in the beginning chaos. Can't wait for next months STH.

I wish for once the chasers would know that the game mode is a normal prii blow up mode, but for Alex it is KILL THE HUNTERS.

2 new ideas: Start without a 2 minute lead, and start with a chase, and if you kill a hunter, the pri that belongs to them gets deleted :)

Looks like at night Alex could speed run as many priis as possible. And during the day just walk by them and blow them up on foot. The cheese factor would be hilarious. 🤣🤣

I love the new ruleset. That said, I think it should be a once-in-a-while one, rather than a regular one. It'll just be the same issue with different cars: Alex has little reason to choose anything but the MPV or Futo and the hunter unlocks for taking anything in the 2nd tier seems too OP for him to risk. It does give variety, which Alex said was the point, so it works for a little change-up once in a while, but that's about it, IMO.

It feels like all we do is keep waiting for the hunters to get better at this…. So, when are they gonna get better at this?it all boils down to, can the hunter get and stay coordinated long enough to make a successful stop.

I just bought GTA5 online for the PlayStation 5 because I’ve enjoyed watching your survive the hunt videos. I would love to be able to join in with your crew at some point as it seems like a lot of fun!
